When I first “cracked the code” on stabilizing and reversing prolapse, and wrote and published Saving the Whole Woman, I set up this forum. While I had finally gotten my own severe uterine prolapse under control with the knowledge I had gained, I didn’t actually know if I could teach other women to do for themselves what I had done for my condition.
So I just started teaching women on this forum. Within weeks, the women started writing back, “It’s working! I can feel the difference!”
From that moment on, the forum became the hub of the Whole Woman Community. Unfortunately, spammers also discovered the forum, along with the thousands of women we had been helping. The level of spamming became so intolerable and time-consuming, we regretfully took the forum down.
Technology never sleeps, however, and we have better tools today for controlling spam than we did just a few years ago. So I am very excited and pleased to bring the forum back online.

Remember, the forum is here for two reasons. First, to get your questions answered by other women who have knowledge and experience to share. Second, it is the place to share your results and successes. Your stories will help other women learn that Whole Woman is what they need.
Whether you’re an old friend or a new acquaintance, welcome! The Whole Woman forum is a place where you can make a difference in your own life and the lives of thousands of women around the world!
Best wishes,

Incontinence and POP
Hi Kitten
You are at the bottom of a steep and achievable learning curve. Go to YOUtube and look at Christine Kent's video clips from the DVD. Wholelwomaninc is the channel. These will give you some basic concepts. Try them out. Then buy the DVD with the workout, and the book where you will learn all the detailed theory.
Also, search the Forums for posts about incontinence. Take a blanket and your toothbrush. It is so common, you will be reading for weeks. And is usually solvable.
Call back when you want to know more.

Incontinence
Hi
I have had a prolapse bladder for over 3 years and finally after that time
using a pessary and getting sores I read a brochure in my Dr's office that said Physical Therapy might help. So for 6 weeks I have gone and she has really helped. They have to be specially licensed for this and do not freak out, but part of the therapy is massaging the inner mussels you didnt know you had. I was also having pain with intercouse and the reason being my muscels were trying to over compensate and were rock tight.
Also I bought Whole Woman DVD and Book, they are excellent and my PT
agreed with several of Christines ideas.
PT still wants me to do kegels with the whole woman posture in place.
All from what I read keep away from surgery if possible. Hope this helps

Kegels
Hi Pansygirl
Kegels in Wholewoman posture will do you no harm at all. In fact this is probably the best position for doing them. You won't get as much movement out of the muscles while standing our sitting in WW posture, because WW posture kind of winds you body up and tightens your pelvic floor by opening the back pelvic opening, otherwise known as the hiatus.
This sounds bad, but what it does is to stretch all the pelvic floor muscles out more, like a drum skin. Like a drum you don't need to stretch it out much more to get significant tightening. It is all explained in Saving the Whole Woman.
Go for it.
Kitten, Pansygirl is right. You could probably benefit a lot from women's health physiotherapy. This is why these therapists exist. Millions of women all over the world suffer from bladder incontinence silently. There is no need to suffer like this.
Wholewoman posture will help you to get more out of it. WW posture is the icing on the cake that will fine tune your bladder control. The most important things to do are getting your pelvic floor muscles moving, and get your body stretched out tall and proud to wind up your pelvic floor/wall. No more lying around feeling sorry about being a victim. You are not a victim. There is a proud, sexy, continent, beautiful woman inside you trying to get out. Free her for a full life.
Straighten up your c-shape. Chest up, shoulders relaxed, chin slightly tucked, knees relaxed, relaxed belly, untucked butt, and you are away. This is how you were designed to carry yourself and show yourself to the world. You *will* get to trust your body again.
