When I first “cracked the code” on stabilizing and reversing prolapse, and wrote and published Saving the Whole Woman, I set up this forum. While I had finally gotten my own severe uterine prolapse under control with the knowledge I had gained, I didn’t actually know if I could teach other women to do for themselves what I had done for my condition.
So I just started teaching women on this forum. Within weeks, the women started writing back, “It’s working! I can feel the difference!”
From that moment on, the forum became the hub of the Whole Woman Community. Unfortunately, spammers also discovered the forum, along with the thousands of women we had been helping. The level of spamming became so intolerable and time-consuming, we regretfully took the forum down.
Technology never sleeps, however, and we have better tools today for controlling spam than we did just a few years ago. So I am very excited and pleased to bring the forum back online.

Remember, the forum is here for two reasons. First, to get your questions answered by other women who have knowledge and experience to share. Second, it is the place to share your results and successes. Your stories will help other women learn that Whole Woman is what they need.
Whether you’re an old friend or a new acquaintance, welcome! The Whole Woman forum is a place where you can make a difference in your own life and the lives of thousands of women around the world!
Best wishes,

Hi Amel,
I'm not sure what you mean by American DVD but if you mean the WW workout DVD ordered from this site, then yes it is fine here in the UK, I use mine nearly every day!
Can't help with the other questions, but I'm sure someone else will :-)

Thanks Sue
I remember taking a DVD home from Canada once and there was no chance to play it; things must have improved since then.
I appreciate your reply; hope all goes well with you too

I don't know about vinyl or
I don't know about vinyl or estrogen cream. I have two silicone pessaries and they have been wonderful, although not perfect solutions. They certainly are worth a try before surgery. The pessary is reversible. You can remove it! Once they perform surgery there is no going back.

DVD players
I just bought Food Inc from Amazon, and couldn't get it to play on my DVD Player. DS1 pointed out to me that our DVD player has been here for about four years, and was his for several years before that. The more recent DVD players seem to have less trouble with new DVDs than the older ones. Something to do with the Regional Code of the DVD player being variable these days.
Food Inc wouldn't work in my computer either, so I changed the Regional Code of the player to USA's code, in an attempt to trick it (I live in Australia), and Food Inc played instantly.
Find a more modern DVD player if you have trouble playing it on yours.
