When I first “cracked the code” on stabilizing and reversing prolapse, and wrote and published Saving the Whole Woman, I set up this forum. While I had finally gotten my own severe uterine prolapse under control with the knowledge I had gained, I didn’t actually know if I could teach other women to do for themselves what I had done for my condition.
So I just started teaching women on this forum. Within weeks, the women started writing back, “It’s working! I can feel the difference!”
From that moment on, the forum became the hub of the Whole Woman Community. Unfortunately, spammers also discovered the forum, along with the thousands of women we had been helping. The level of spamming became so intolerable and time-consuming, we regretfully took the forum down.
Technology never sleeps, however, and we have better tools today for controlling spam than we did just a few years ago. So I am very excited and pleased to bring the forum back online.

Remember, the forum is here for two reasons. First, to get your questions answered by other women who have knowledge and experience to share. Second, it is the place to share your results and successes. Your stories will help other women learn that Whole Woman is what they need.
Whether you’re an old friend or a new acquaintance, welcome! The Whole Woman forum is a place where you can make a difference in your own life and the lives of thousands of women around the world!

My name is Sammy and if u trak my comments u can get my feelings on surgical treatment - it is a dilemna.
I suspect it is lifetime treatment that is req'd... I have bladder and bowel prolapse with vaginal vault- have had upper womb removed and still have wounded cervix... I like reading csf- statments like the medical system needs to take this more seriously and find treatments that are not going to become medically induced heath issues - how shameful of them. Mesh has messed me up down there.
Onward ho...

Hi, Welcome!
Great that you're asking for support here as you will find wonderful comments, advice, support and very possibly great friendships! The wisdom here is amazing and the women are VERY wise.
I am new, so these are just my thoughts...please take other people's comments over mine! From what I have found online in researching operations with mesh -they are failures. And the very reason they put the mesh in is because they know the operation is going to fail, if you know what I mean.
When my doctor first told me she would have a surgeon put in mesh for me, on gut instinct, knowing nothing about it, I thought - this has got to be unhealthy and uncalled for - nature doesn't work like that. And I felt surely what I have in me now, belongs there.
I am VERY glad to have found this site to support me in my decision to avoid operation in any possible way. And I have been trusting the women here for their advice. And just about everything has had me showing improvement.
So the one thing I am truly expert on is this: THE ADVICE HERE WORKS.
So I would ask away!!!! And I would take heed! Really listen. And really figure out the "whys' of what they are saying, if you are skeptical. When you really listen and really are open minded, what they are saying makes perfect sense. But the proof is in the pudding, and in my case in my anguish level, which at times spurts up - but my gosh if you had read my posts that first weekend of discovery - I was in true confusion and anguish.
I have learned we can figure these things out and that the reason women go to the operations is because they don't have anyone coaching them like in this site where you get answers for every little ailment!!! lol
I highly recomend NOT further having operations, etc. I strongly suggest you let nature take care of righting your recto cysto....there are many success stories here. DEFINITELY worth doing ur best to follow along here. And I think soon you will be feeling confident and living your life like normal as many, many women here do!
Blessings!
