When I first “cracked the code” on stabilizing and reversing prolapse, and wrote and published Saving the Whole Woman, I set up this forum. While I had finally gotten my own severe uterine prolapse under control with the knowledge I had gained, I didn’t actually know if I could teach other women to do for themselves what I had done for my condition.
So I just started teaching women on this forum. Within weeks, the women started writing back, “It’s working! I can feel the difference!”
From that moment on, the forum became the hub of the Whole Woman Community. Unfortunately, spammers also discovered the forum, along with the thousands of women we had been helping. The level of spamming became so intolerable and time-consuming, we regretfully took the forum down.
Technology never sleeps, however, and we have better tools today for controlling spam than we did just a few years ago. So I am very excited and pleased to bring the forum back online.

Remember, the forum is here for two reasons. First, to get your questions answered by other women who have knowledge and experience to share. Second, it is the place to share your results and successes. Your stories will help other women learn that Whole Woman is what they need.
Whether you’re an old friend or a new acquaintance, welcome! The Whole Woman forum is a place where you can make a difference in your own life and the lives of thousands of women around the world!
Best wishes,

RE: Has anyone used Sea Sponges in Pregnancy?
I can't speak for their total safety. You don't have to use tea tree, though. Sue, from your first post I wasn't sure if you were already pregnant or wishing for a 4th child. I just wanted to say that this type of prolapse (pregnancy induced) almost always recedes back up once the fetus is large enough to move the cervix above the pelvic diaphragm (hope the doctor told you that.) It's also very possible that it will resolve on its own postpartum and with this work I believe you have a very good chance of keeping this a very minor condition for the long term.

Just remember that these are EXTREMELY common conditions, respond well to the right kind of therapy, and should not be treated surgically if at all possible.

I don't want surgery (I had a hernia and April 2003 I had surgery and that was awful - but it had got stuck and i had to have it)
This prolapse has shown itself after that - I dont remember when - But in past few months i noticed it was there... Mainly around period time...
The thught of another child scares me as i looked at pictures online and saw scary pics of prolapse hanging out...
this pic scared me...

The more you learn about your body and its functions the less afraid you will be. Those drawings are pretty terrible and not even representative of real female anatomy. We are raising the buttocks and pushing the organs back over the pubic bone where they belong. When we do this these conditions become stabilized, or nonprogressive.

Hi there, I thought the same thing when I first got the sponges! Actually the first one did fall out in the toilet and I wasn't even aware of that. But alas, after 2-3 months of kegels and posture, believe it or not, it's now hard for me to get my fingers in there to insert them. I've tighten up that area so much. And I'm 61!!!!!!!!! Nancy
