Nauli I NEED" help" ON HOW TO HOOVER WELL VACUUM LOL?

Body:

Alo everyone ::wave::

So i have managed to get the hang of the firebreathing and it seems to be going well.

I have tried doing the Nauli.....I understand that u get rid of all the air first then u pull the belly in.........and out.

what im getting stuck about is how do you ...move around ..my brain doesnt get this part...........
..............OOoh the JOy.............. lol i guess i just dont get it all yet.

If any one can explain it..... to me....... be great.

Wishing you all well, Me ladies.............

x::hug:s :)

I find nauli hard too. One day when I am stranded on a desert island I will have plenty of time to train my body. In the meantime I firebreathe, which I think is just as effective.

Louise

funny...........EVERYONE with pop should be sent... to the POP island for a year...to train...im thinking perhaps........ Egypt nice and hot much easier on the bones to do yoga IN THE HEAT lol x

it took me a while to get the moving around part but once I did, I was hooked!
louise, if you think firebreathing is effective, you have got to try to nauli! it is so much more powerful than fb. not only that, but it gets my bowels moving nicely too. it pretty much wrings out everything in the vicinity. lifts everything AND has left me with abdominal definition I've never dreamed of having (not that that was at all my goal, but its a nice extra!). and its fun once you get the hang of it.
how to do it is hard to describe. I guess once you have your abdomen sucked in and out of air try to contract one side and then the other until you can isolate the movements (this might take a few tries, let go and breathe before you start getting lightheaded!).
at first I'd move my hips a bit to get the movement started, but now I dont have to do that anymore.
keep trying, you'll get it!

I've found nauli dificult too, mostly because I need to picture the clock in order to go anti clockwise, and I wasn't sure which way up the clock should be! Up until now, I've just been relaxing and re-contracting the muscles while still holding my breath - I think this is what Christine suggests in the DVD.
I would like to be able to do nauli properly though, so , as an idiot's guide, if you're bending forward, stomach sucked in, do you relax it, and then re-contract the left side and then .. what do you do then?
Thank you

Tintagel

Don't anyone get too frustrated -- it took me about 3 months to get the hang of, and I've read that actual yoginis don't expect to master it in less than eight years! I think there must be a bit of body awareness enlightenment that must occur in order to really get a handle on nauli, but once you get that breakthrough, you will get it! Keep trying!

hi tintagel
I'm not actually 100% sure I'm doing it 'right' but it feels great and works so I'm assuming I'm at least on the right track.
so here's what I do.....I don't relax and then recontract. I start with some firebreathing, then after exhaling I suck in my stomach and then contract one side and then the other and get a nice wave going. I do this as long as I can comfortably hold my breath, then relax, do some more firebreathing and another nauli.

I am learning to do so many new things at the moment that I think my muscle memory is about to burst. However, this old bitch is quite capable of loading it up a bit more and learning new tricks, so watch this space ...

im thinking i have a lot of belly fat to get rid off...........b4 i can see any wave going on .....so much work to do .........but im not giving up on it i will wave i will!

:) x update you all soon love from fatty lol xox
