ALO everyone :)
so i have been doing the Yoga moves 4 a while and my my i had forgotten i had muscles.

It makes me feel so much better who would have thought breathing could help heal so much.

my Bladder pop seems to be high :) the first few days of yoga was tough takes strength but it's coming slowly but surely if i do it every day :) oh and i had some chocolate today.. i am being good and eating green hehe

I do hope you are referring to "our" yoga :) It is fabulous, and frankly I'm struggling to come up with something better for the next video in the series. I do the program each weekday morning and feel much better for it.

You are so right about breathing. Once I figured out that the breath shapes the spine and places the organs, the WW work created itself. It is beautifully poetic (you are a poet, I see) that the breath creates it all.

Who could ever doubt such a perfect Universe? (don't answer that! too many, unfortunately.)
