All fours? Fire Breathing?

Can someone tell how to do the on all fours exercises and fire breathing, are there youtube videos of Christine's or something? I only have two weeks to a holiday and think this may help my newly fallen prolapse. I will be getting the First Aid DVD but until then I'd like to start somewhere.

...can be done on all fours, knees and forearms, sitting in a chair, or standing with knees bent and hands on thighs.

Simply rock your pelvis forward and back. However....

On the in-breath, lift your tailbone as high as possible. On the out-breath pull your tailbone underneath you and your navel to your spine.

It is a continuous movement of breathing and rocking to and fro. The breath supports the natural anatomical movement of the pelvic organs - pushing them further forward than in normal posture and breathing.
