When I first “cracked the code” on stabilizing and reversing prolapse, and wrote and published Saving the Whole Woman, I set up this forum. While I had finally gotten my own severe uterine prolapse under control with the knowledge I had gained, I didn’t actually know if I could teach other women to do for themselves what I had done for my condition.
So I just started teaching women on this forum. Within weeks, the women started writing back, “It’s working! I can feel the difference!”
From that moment on, the forum became the hub of the Whole Woman Community. Unfortunately, spammers also discovered the forum, along with the thousands of women we had been helping. The level of spamming became so intolerable and time-consuming, we regretfully took the forum down.
Technology never sleeps, however, and we have better tools today for controlling spam than we did just a few years ago. So I am very excited and pleased to bring the forum back online.

Remember, the forum is here for two reasons. First, to get your questions answered by other women who have knowledge and experience to share. Second, it is the place to share your results and successes. Your stories will help other women learn that Whole Woman is what they need.
Whether you’re an old friend or a new acquaintance, welcome! The Whole Woman forum is a place where you can make a difference in your own life and the lives of thousands of women around the world!
Best wishes,

pessary
no it won't make things worse and will probably give you relief and you will be glad to have it for your holiday. Here's the thing though, they don't work for everyone and there is some tweaking that goes into it so it may take time to find the right one for you. It will also take a little while to get yourself coordinated to be able to take it in and out. Some women have issues with pessary and full bowels. You have to try it to know.
Keep reading here about the posture. Have you had a look on youtube? There is a wholewoman channel. Check it out.

Just adding a few words....
I remember feeling the same as you when I first found this site.Posture made a big difference, rest like for an injury and like CSF had to, can make a big difference while you are healing to get to that no pain place.Keep your abdomen clothing loose ie no jeans or trousers or pantyhose or leggings that squash or compress you in any way eg I avoid jeans now, unless they are really stretch and comfy. Same with tight pantyhose and I would inlcude tight bras here too, I have discarded 2 today that make me feel harnessed. The more comfortable you can feel , the better you will feel. Avoid seats which aggravate, eg at the moment I prefer our couch chairs with a small cushion at my lower back, but sit on a soft cushion on our dining chairs.
Eat healthily, avoid artificial drinks and additives in your food. I think our bodies get more sensitive, so we can thank our Pops for getting us healthier , in the long run :-)
I had a particularly painful and uncomfortable weekend , earlier this year, after blowing up some balloons(I posted about it here) and then going away soon after on a motorbike trip. Not pleasant, but I managed it by wriggling around to find the best position and then rolling a jacket and sitting on it.I leant forward , keeping the curve in my back and my chest out.I hope this just gives you ideas to work on.Good luck and rest as much as you can.Lie down too.Took some panadol too.

Tnese buttocks
Some cross-legged sitting might help to stretch your buttocks. Muscles that are not strong will not respond properly. Perhaps your buttocks are weak? I used to clench my buttocks all the time, as a part of tucking my butt under and making my tummy look flatter, so they never got to relax and stretch out. They don't get nearly so tense these days.
