Guess what? Once again, I am 5'5" :)

I do believe that doing Christine's 'daily' exercises have given me back my long lost 1/4 inch.

Good news, Oceanblue!

The importance of quality exercise cannot be overstated. I find I become stiff and lumpy (for lack of a better word) if I don't keep moving. Thanks with all my heart for believing in this work!

I'm at the library now to locate an article to review for the Post. It's the first of the month, which I was only just reminded of this morning at breakfast. :-/

There are far too many to choose from! The haze of unreality in how gynecology/urogynecology views and treats prolapse is just astonishing. We are bringing the light!
