When I first “cracked the code” on stabilizing and reversing prolapse, and wrote and published Saving the Whole Woman, I set up this forum. While I had finally gotten my own severe uterine prolapse under control with the knowledge I had gained, I didn’t actually know if I could teach other women to do for themselves what I had done for my condition.
So I just started teaching women on this forum. Within weeks, the women started writing back, “It’s working! I can feel the difference!”
From that moment on, the forum became the hub of the Whole Woman Community. Unfortunately, spammers also discovered the forum, along with the thousands of women we had been helping. The level of spamming became so intolerable and time-consuming, we regretfully took the forum down.
Technology never sleeps, however, and we have better tools today for controlling spam than we did just a few years ago. So I am very excited and pleased to bring the forum back online.

Remember, the forum is here for two reasons. First, to get your questions answered by other women who have knowledge and experience to share. Second, it is the place to share your results and successes. Your stories will help other women learn that Whole Woman is what they need.
Whether you’re an old friend or a new acquaintance, welcome! The Whole Woman forum is a place where you can make a difference in your own life and the lives of thousands of women around the world!
Best wishes,

Welcome Lana
Hi Lana
It is hard to say whether you will get benefit or not. As your body has been surgically changed, Wholewoman posture will have slightly different effects on your body. However, all the other Wholewoman techniques will apply to you. You will benefit from them the same way as all other women.
There doesn't seem to be any other help for women who have had surgical repairs so it is worth giving it a try, as long as you seek to understand your body while you do it. It is hard enough to understand the mechanics of a three dimensional pelvis and its associated contents, without trying to understand the surgical changes and the effect they will have.
Further surgical repairs may be offered to you, but it is important to realise that the success rate of subsequent surgeries is generally lower than the first procedure done.
You will need to find out from your surgeon exactly what procedures were done.
You will also need to familiarise yourself with your own genitals and figure out what is prolapsing. Does it come from the front vaginal wall, or the back vaginal wall? Is it related to the site of the surgery? Where is your cervix? Can you feel the little dimple in the middle of it?
Use the Search box to look for the name of the procedure and also any other keywords that you can think of that might find topics that you can relate to. There is now about nine years worth of women's experiences in these Forums, a mighty resource.
