When I first “cracked the code” on stabilizing and reversing prolapse, and wrote and published Saving the Whole Woman, I set up this forum. While I had finally gotten my own severe uterine prolapse under control with the knowledge I had gained, I didn’t actually know if I could teach other women to do for themselves what I had done for my condition.
So I just started teaching women on this forum. Within weeks, the women started writing back, “It’s working! I can feel the difference!”
From that moment on, the forum became the hub of the Whole Woman Community. Unfortunately, spammers also discovered the forum, along with the thousands of women we had been helping. The level of spamming became so intolerable and time-consuming, we regretfully took the forum down.
Technology never sleeps, however, and we have better tools today for controlling spam than we did just a few years ago. So I am very excited and pleased to bring the forum back online.

Remember, the forum is here for two reasons. First, to get your questions answered by other women who have knowledge and experience to share. Second, it is the place to share your results and successes. Your stories will help other women learn that Whole Woman is what they need.
Whether you’re an old friend or a new acquaintance, welcome! The Whole Woman forum is a place where you can make a difference in your own life and the lives of thousands of women around the world!
Best wishes,

Hi! Mine is a neurotrac
Hi! Mine is a neurotrac continence, but a kegel8 is the same thing. I use mine everyday for 20-30 minutes. Within 6 weeks i had no urge incontinence and within 3 mths my hubby says my kegels are stronger then before i was pregnant. Also i was having to splint for every bowel movement and now i basically never have to. I have regular, soft movements and they come easily with no strain.
Its main purpose is to strengthen your pelvic floor and surrounding muscles. For me everything else i have invested in was a complete waste of money. We all have different bodies and have to try diff stuff til we find what works for us. This works for me!:)

Depending where you live they
Depending where you live they can be difficult to purchase. Google kegel8 and try there first. Let me know if you have success. If you live in canada tho its difficult to get them!

ttc with POP
can only share my experience, not sure if it is relevant. my primary prolapse is a cystocele, but my uterus is def. lower than it was before babies. each of my four babies took about a month or two longer than the baby before to conceive. baby number five required no trying at all...she was a blessed surprise : )
if you're concerned about the semen dripping out too quick, maybe try other positions? like maybe doggie-style and then lay on your belly afterwards for a bit. I have no idea if there is any science behind this, just seems like it might help keep stuff in a bit longer.
also I'd imagine that during the act, your cervix is probably not hanging out of you. it probably pulls up somewhat.
and dont forget, you only need one really good swimmer...when the time is right what is meant to be will be.
lots of luck, try not to stress out too much about it!

neurotrac continence etc
Thanks new-momma,
I'm off to read about the neurotrac continence and the kegel8.
I'm 64 and have never ever even thought these problems existed.
I am so disappointed that with 5 sisters before me and my mother that no one ever mentioned this reality. Maybe they used code names and secret terms or something that kept this info "from the children." !!!
Congratulations with your success!

semen runs out
you know what? our first conception was unintentional- and I think I may have known right away that I was going to get pregnant had I known *anything at all* because the semen did not just come out like it usually did. I actually puzzled over it for a few days and wondered where the heck it all went :)
I bet when you are ovulating the semen won't just run out......When your cervix is open those suckers will swim right up!

Hehe! I hope they swim right
Hehe! I hope they swim right up! I've been over anxious about becoming pg... Plus i'm approaching ovulation in the next 3-6 days and i just seem more anxious then ever. I think i fear that with my significant prolapses conception is going to be an issue. Pop has complicated so many things and i guess i just imagine that this is another one of em!
Daphne- its def worth looking into! I actually enjoy the time each day when i use the it. Its time when i relax- guilt free and do something for myself and my body. Pop is such a shock when i saw my cervix and vagina hanging out of me at 23 i thought i would die. Its a difficult adjustment! Hope you have success!

Just think lots of sexy
Just think lots of sexy thoughts for the next few days. Ya might as well enjoy it!
As Alemama and Granolamom said, it only takes one good swimmer. I had infertility treatment for my first and second babies, but the third just happened, then there was an early miscarriage of a fourth pregnancy a few years later. And DH's sperm weren't crash hot swimmers in the first place!
After all, the only thing that a sperm has to do in its life is find the egg. And there are always lots of them. And they hang around for a couple of days, still swimming.
Good luck. Practice makes perfect.
