Inversion Bench

Body:

About six months ago I realized that if I rested sort of upside down on the couch in the evening, the pain in my lower abdomen would go away. So, I thought for a while about an inversion bench and finally bought one. It arrived recently and after walking around it for a few days I finally tried it out this morning before eating or drinking. I de-elevated (head below level) at 15 degrees below level - very slight, and not by myself. My husband helped me. Wow, did I realize that although my thinking is still 25, my body is a bit stiff!
I lay at this angle for about two minutes then returned to vertical. It was great, I could have fallen asleep, but it's not recommended. I felt like my old self. The relief didn't last as I began my daily chores, etc, but I'm starting some necessary changes all round.
I am excited to try it again at mid-afternoon. Three times a day with relatively empty stomach is my goal, and I intend to extend the time to 15-20 minutes each time. I bought a LifeGear and if any one wants to know how it goes, just email me in a couple weeks when I know whether I still like it or not.

After my second session on the new inversion bench I felt stronger in my pelvic region, my posture felt stronger, and while walking my dog later I could see the value of the WW posture. These results are optimistic.
