When I first “cracked the code” on stabilizing and reversing prolapse, and wrote and published Saving the Whole Woman, I set up this forum. While I had finally gotten my own severe uterine prolapse under control with the knowledge I had gained, I didn’t actually know if I could teach other women to do for themselves what I had done for my condition.
So I just started teaching women on this forum. Within weeks, the women started writing back, “It’s working! I can feel the difference!”
From that moment on, the forum became the hub of the Whole Woman Community. Unfortunately, spammers also discovered the forum, along with the thousands of women we had been helping. The level of spamming became so intolerable and time-consuming, we regretfully took the forum down.
Technology never sleeps, however, and we have better tools today for controlling spam than we did just a few years ago. So I am very excited and pleased to bring the forum back online.

Remember, the forum is here for two reasons. First, to get your questions answered by other women who have knowledge and experience to share. Second, it is the place to share your results and successes. Your stories will help other women learn that Whole Woman is what they need.
Whether you’re an old friend or a new acquaintance, welcome! The Whole Woman forum is a place where you can make a difference in your own life and the lives of thousands of women around the world!
Best wishes,

WWY
Hi Jerseygal,
The WWYoga class I hold in the early mornings consists of the beginning floor program on the First Aid for Prolapse dvd (pelvic rocks, circles, etc) and the program from WWY - first wheel. We begin on the floor and then move to standing.
It is impossible for me to know, of course, but I think if you are reasonably flexible, you would benefit from the newest exercises, which are in the WWY dvd. In any case I would say, "Of course you should support Whole Woman and buy the yoga dvd!" :)
I just watched our upcoming WWY2 dvd (at least what we've put together so far) for the first time today and was in tears! It focuses on the "2nd chakra", which involves the pelvis and sexuality. We have been given astonishing interviews, which together tell an amazing story that really belongs at a film festival. My daughter performed the workout (on the beautiful California coast) and this dvd will be our best offering yet for the post-partum woman.
Anyway...I'm excited and just wanted to share. It should be ready in 2 weeks or so.
Thank you so much, Jerseygal! We depend upon the encouragement of woman to woman.
Hugs!
Christine

Yoga for Prolapse
Christine,
Thanks for such a quick reply. I will wait for the new Yoga DVD. Please let us all know exactly when we can purchase it. I have given your website to many friends - gals that I never even knew were also experiencing prolapse. My cousin in Florida (who had a hysterectomy a few years ago, and also had her bladder sewn) told me that she believes her bladder has dropped and now also has a rectocele). She is anxious to get the WW plan started, and has immediately swiched to the posture. Thanks again. You are the angel for all of us.
