... back exercising-whooboy!

;-) Hi friends ... over this knee surgery and I did just dandy. Tossed the crutches after a couple days, back in the pool today (10 days post-op)& all my parts felt good again-not just the knee; rememeber how I said that water takes all the weight off the prolapse pressure. Please try water therapy; any interested I will post some pretty neat exercises. KB

Glad to hear it, KB...arthroscopic surgery is someplace there HAS been advancement. Please post the water exercises!!:)

I have swimming pool....though it only heats up by way of a heating cover that absorbs the summer sunshine....so I don't use it until around May....anyway, I would love to know the excersises you mention.

And I want to thank Christine again for all she is doing! Christine, your devotion and hard word and support to all of us is so wonderful to have...I am so grateful, ...I am re-envigorated and reassured by understanding the posture more, understanding all the dynamics of this and as I continue to read all your messages. The News Letter was very helpful! Now I can envision my spine a bit better and I am getting very clear on the 'Wholeness'of this practice(attitude, wisdom, knowledge, self trust, nutrients, being thoughtfully aware of how I am holding my body, doing my excersises etc). What confidence to know that I can prevent any further droping of uterus...if it stays right where it is, I will be VERY happy! Yes, in some ways, this dilemma is really a blessing in disquise.
