When I first “cracked the code” on stabilizing and reversing prolapse, and wrote and published Saving the Whole Woman, I set up this forum. While I had finally gotten my own severe uterine prolapse under control with the knowledge I had gained, I didn’t actually know if I could teach other women to do for themselves what I had done for my condition.
So I just started teaching women on this forum. Within weeks, the women started writing back, “It’s working! I can feel the difference!”
From that moment on, the forum became the hub of the Whole Woman Community. Unfortunately, spammers also discovered the forum, along with the thousands of women we had been helping. The level of spamming became so intolerable and time-consuming, we regretfully took the forum down.
Technology never sleeps, however, and we have better tools today for controlling spam than we did just a few years ago. So I am very excited and pleased to bring the forum back online.

Remember, the forum is here for two reasons. First, to get your questions answered by other women who have knowledge and experience to share. Second, it is the place to share your results and successes. Your stories will help other women learn that Whole Woman is what they need.
Whether you’re an old friend or a new acquaintance, welcome! The Whole Woman forum is a place where you can make a difference in your own life and the lives of thousands of women around the world!
Best wishes,

kenalog
Hi J-mom
Sorry you have not heard back from anyone about this. I guess it is because none of us has had this therapy.
I just googled Kenalog. It seems to be used as a topical cream and as an intramuscular injection, which will go through your whole system. You will feel wonderful because it will reduce inflammation all over your body. I didn't see any reference to a local injection. I am not sure what your doctor wants to do. You need to know that before you proceed, and also whether or not it will be ongoing.
I have had a bit of experience with use of topical corticosteroids. They will calm inflammation and reduce pain and discomfort and maybe allow healing of abrasion, but they won't get to the root cause of the inflammation.
If the abrasion is from the scar the only thing that will prevent it is to get rid of the scar, or you will be using the Kenalogf with all its disadvantages, for ever. I would rather see you massage the scar out of existence, as Alemama suggests, or at least flatten it so it no longer causes abrasion. If the abrasion has happened because the site of the abrasion is easily irritated, ie sensitive, then I think an anti-inflammatory diet will be beneficial to make the 'skin' less sensitive. Re the granulation, I have no idea of the options you have for that.
As I understand it you can expect post surgical pain from any surgery for about 12 months. Patience and gentleness will play a big part in your enjoying sex for a while. Plenty of lube, plenty of foreplay.
