When I first “cracked the code” on stabilizing and reversing prolapse, and wrote and published Saving the Whole Woman, I set up this forum. While I had finally gotten my own severe uterine prolapse under control with the knowledge I had gained, I didn’t actually know if I could teach other women to do for themselves what I had done for my condition.
So I just started teaching women on this forum. Within weeks, the women started writing back, “It’s working! I can feel the difference!”
From that moment on, the forum became the hub of the Whole Woman Community. Unfortunately, spammers also discovered the forum, along with the thousands of women we had been helping. The level of spamming became so intolerable and time-consuming, we regretfully took the forum down.
Technology never sleeps, however, and we have better tools today for controlling spam than we did just a few years ago. So I am very excited and pleased to bring the forum back online.

Remember, the forum is here for two reasons. First, to get your questions answered by other women who have knowledge and experience to share. Second, it is the place to share your results and successes. Your stories will help other women learn that Whole Woman is what they need.
Whether you’re an old friend or a new acquaintance, welcome! The Whole Woman forum is a place where you can make a difference in your own life and the lives of thousands of women around the world!
Best wishes,

No quick anwers
Hi Miss Cali - there is no shortcut to stabilizing and learning to live with your prolapse. Read this forum and use the search bar for topics. Study the Whole Woman website and get yourself the book and some DVD's. You will be fine, but you have to dig into the base of knowledge and experience that you will find here, and then put the principles to work in your daily life. You will learn what works and what doesn't. Start with learning the Whole Woman Posture. If you don't have the book and/or DVD yet, there is a description of this under the FAQ's tab on the top of this screen. Good luck! Get started!

Yes , you can dance ;-)
Hi and welcome MissCali80,I do several types of dancing, with and without partners, weekly.I could easily be your mother -agewise ;-) and im not going to let pop(prolapse) stop me!
At times my dancing does aggravate it, but I am learning that WW posture helps, firebreathing and some of the exercises help. It's taking me time to learn that prolapse means a new way of looking after oneself, as a woman, with adequate rest, exercise, and diet, and emotional needs taken into account as well.Learning to handle stress better eg with meditation has worked for me
.Doing things you love, no matter how simple, being with understanding friends and family, but not with those who are not.
So I would think that If I can dance at my age, there is heaps more chance you can and that you will bounce back better than I have so far, because of your age. I am post menopause and that makes a huge difference.
Good luck and keep asking questions :p-)
