When I first “cracked the code” on stabilizing and reversing prolapse, and wrote and published Saving the Whole Woman, I set up this forum. While I had finally gotten my own severe uterine prolapse under control with the knowledge I had gained, I didn’t actually know if I could teach other women to do for themselves what I had done for my condition.
So I just started teaching women on this forum. Within weeks, the women started writing back, “It’s working! I can feel the difference!”
From that moment on, the forum became the hub of the Whole Woman Community. Unfortunately, spammers also discovered the forum, along with the thousands of women we had been helping. The level of spamming became so intolerable and time-consuming, we regretfully took the forum down.
Technology never sleeps, however, and we have better tools today for controlling spam than we did just a few years ago. So I am very excited and pleased to bring the forum back online.

Remember, the forum is here for two reasons. First, to get your questions answered by other women who have knowledge and experience to share. Second, it is the place to share your results and successes. Your stories will help other women learn that Whole Woman is what they need.
Whether you’re an old friend or a new acquaintance, welcome! The Whole Woman forum is a place where you can make a difference in your own life and the lives of thousands of women around the world!
Best wishes,

Kick in the butt
Thanks Reborn for posting this excellent news and giving me a much-needed kick in the rear end. I have been working hard on WW for a year and a half, but the actual exercise routine piece has not been fitting into my life easily. I need to try harder! Thanks!

Update and thank you
That's wonderful. You go girl...keep at it. I've just been doing the workout now for almost 2 weeks. I'm 52 and am still trying to keep my balance with some of the movements, but I feel like a budding balerina!!! I don't know if the exercises will help me tho as I've already had a hysterectomy and am now dealing with some type of prolapse (don't know which kind exactly). I plan on seeing my Dr. just for an accurate diagnosis in Jan. But, doing the workout, posturing, and losing some weight to reduce my bellyfat (which may be contributing to a suspected vaginal vault prolapse) is about all I can do right now. I hope both of our situations get better.

Thank you for your update...
Thank you for this update, it always encourages me even more to do the exercices when I hear success stories. I am plaesed to hear that you doing and feeling better. GREAT :)
I have been doing exercices for two weeks now (only the beginners part; I have always had problems with following more complex instructions, but I hope I will get there one day...). I do them every morning, straight after getting up. I have never done any exercices in my life! I feel much better emotionally after them, I tend to be quite grumpy in the morning, but after the workout I smile :)...
I have been feeling a bit better recently...but I think it is too short to get effects from exercicing?
