When I first “cracked the code” on stabilizing and reversing prolapse, and wrote and published Saving the Whole Woman, I set up this forum. While I had finally gotten my own severe uterine prolapse under control with the knowledge I had gained, I didn’t actually know if I could teach other women to do for themselves what I had done for my condition.
So I just started teaching women on this forum. Within weeks, the women started writing back, “It’s working! I can feel the difference!”
From that moment on, the forum became the hub of the Whole Woman Community. Unfortunately, spammers also discovered the forum, along with the thousands of women we had been helping. The level of spamming became so intolerable and time-consuming, we regretfully took the forum down.
Technology never sleeps, however, and we have better tools today for controlling spam than we did just a few years ago. So I am very excited and pleased to bring the forum back online.

Remember, the forum is here for two reasons. First, to get your questions answered by other women who have knowledge and experience to share. Second, it is the place to share your results and successes. Your stories will help other women learn that Whole Woman is what they need.
Whether you’re an old friend or a new acquaintance, welcome! The Whole Woman forum is a place where you can make a difference in your own life and the lives of thousands of women around the world!
Best wishes,

book fund
I wouldn't because I then cannot show or lend them to others in person.
I guess there is nothing stopping anyone from selling or giving away their books or DVD's. There is email contact via personal profiles.
You could also consider giving it to a local public library or women's health centre on the basis that they lend it out or make it available for showing in house, ie keep it in circulation.

thanks ww!
I think that is very kind of you Tintagel and it might do some woman out there a world of good. I myself could not get the bookfor a few months due to international shipping problems (I was worried about buying the book and dvd only to never receive them) so I know the feeling of really wanting something but not being able to get it. That said, just by perusing the forum in the meantime, I learned about and understood the ww principles, how to stand in posture, how to nauli, how to firebreathe. The forum also opened my eyes to a healthier way of living in general. When I finally did receive my ww package I was able to fill in the gaps in my understanding (still in process) and the drawings made many a lightbulb finally light up in my head. So to know that everything I need to really begin changing my prolapse was available for free right here on the forum (and if I had questions, sometimes even Christine would take the time to reply) -- that made me feel that no one was trying to sell me anything and it was a factor in opening my heart & mind towards understanding the ww concept. Once you do understand, you feel so enriched in knowing this stuff, and you realize that a price really cannot be put on lifelong health & wellbeing.

I like the idea
Tintagel, I love your idea. For me, having the book right away was everything. I love the forum and website, I love the video (which I didn't actually get until a year later) but having that book in my hands from the start is what pulled me back from the brink of despair. No one can read it without being convinced of its truth. Then it was easier to take the leap of faith required to kick-start the healing process.
Logistically, Louise is right in suggesting that donating copies to libraries and other organizations, and contacting forum members via this site, might be the easiest ways to actually put your idea into action.

books/dvds for those who can't afford them
hi tintagel,
thanks for your thoughtful idea. we have thought about this in the past, but like most ideas, it's simple in concept and more complex in execution. contributing to a fund requires some infrastructure on our part to manage that, as well as reporting back to the contributors so they can see how their funds are being used. additionally, it's not clear how one vets a request for a subsidized copy to insure the system isn't being abused.
whole woman as a business is at an awkward point in its development. the need to get this message out to women is so great and our resources are so limited at this point that we just don't have the bandwidth to design, implement and administer such a program.
by the same token, we have an amazing community of women here and we would encourage anyone who wanted to design and implement some type of program independently, we would make every effort to support it. we just can't do it all ourselves. if you have any thoughts, feel free to contact me directly and we can discuss your ideas.
there are any number of community outreach activities that any of you could undertake. again, we will do what we can to support any such efforts. next year we will have six new ww teachers available in various communities in the US, Australia and the UK who will be available to help. for example, if 10-15 women were interested in an intro class with christine, she could travel (in the US) to deliver the class over two days.
if you think there is enough interest, we could start a community outreach thread on the forum. thanks again for your ideas. we do want to encourage them even if we can't execute them at this point.
all the best,
lanny (the DH and WW geek in residence)

Charitable giving
Well, philanthropy is never a bad thing! But I can see how difficult the logistics could be. How do you truly assess need? For example, a recent poster lamented how she could not afford WW items, yet in the same breath announced she had just ordered the Kegelmaster. This device retails for $100 US, not including shipping! ( To be fair, perhaps her country's health system pays for things like the Kegelmaster, IDK.) So sometimes true need and personal priority are hard to decipher. I think for myself, I could feel compelled to "adopt" another member in need and make private arrangements with her to sponsor a purchase with a "pay it forward" kind of message, as others here have suggested.

WW teacher in the UK?
You mentioned a teacher in the UK. I would be interested. It is difficult for me to follow things on my own. It would be great is there was somebody who could correct what I do, and/or teach me more.
As I said before I do only first part of exercices from DVD, but also include firebreathing (this is still confusing to me) and try to remember about my body posture during the day. But I am all the time unsure if I follow things correctly...
Thanks,
Ivonush

An idea
An idea for publications - I would really like to exercises to be published separately in a spiral bound set-up so that I can have them flat in front of me. It has been difficult to learn the exercises with a book that doesn't stay open.

Exercises in a spiral bound book that will lie flat
... with a firm cover so it will stand up by itself in landscape format with the spiral binding on the long side (printed in landscape format).
