When I first “cracked the code” on stabilizing and reversing prolapse, and wrote and published Saving the Whole Woman, I set up this forum. While I had finally gotten my own severe uterine prolapse under control with the knowledge I had gained, I didn’t actually know if I could teach other women to do for themselves what I had done for my condition.
So I just started teaching women on this forum. Within weeks, the women started writing back, “It’s working! I can feel the difference!”
From that moment on, the forum became the hub of the Whole Woman Community. Unfortunately, spammers also discovered the forum, along with the thousands of women we had been helping. The level of spamming became so intolerable and time-consuming, we regretfully took the forum down.
Technology never sleeps, however, and we have better tools today for controlling spam than we did just a few years ago. So I am very excited and pleased to bring the forum back online.

Remember, the forum is here for two reasons. First, to get your questions answered by other women who have knowledge and experience to share. Second, it is the place to share your results and successes. Your stories will help other women learn that Whole Woman is what they need.
Whether you’re an old friend or a new acquaintance, welcome! The Whole Woman forum is a place where you can make a difference in your own life and the lives of thousands of women around the world!
Best wishes,

where to put publicity material
Hi Cleo
I think we have to be mindful when scattering our bookmarks. We don't want to put them where people may find them confronting (eg men and children) because that opens us up to being criticised for potentially offending others. I have had an email from one Member who put some in the women's restroom at her workplace, and found all of them suddenly disappear. This distressed her considerably, but she doesn't know if she caused offence or not. We don't want to give Wholewoman a bad reputation or make people feel uncomfortable.
If you decide to put them at a Library or another place that is supervised, ask the Librarian in charge first. I have not yet had the guts to request putting them at the doctor's surgery, but I will when I have found an opportunity to speak personally with the female doctor. The nurses running our most recent Well Woman's Clinic at our local hospital were all busy reading the brochures I left them, when I turned to leave.
It doesn't hurt to leave a couple in public restroom. Even if only the cleaning lady finds them and puts them in the bin, then at least she will know about it. I have yet to see a whole bundle of them removed by a cleaning lady!
Good luck.

The ripple effect
Hi Sisters,
The ripple effect with me is talking to all the women in my life, starting with any family whom will listen - I need to pick what angle I approach, which is relevant to them & already they are talking to others... & in the wider community.
The next step is to talk to groups of women I know...

Groups?
Groups? Do you mean formal groups like CWA, or less formal groups like your tennis or quilting mates? I really don't think it matters. What does matter is normalising prolapse for what it is; bringing it out into the sunshine in a nice way, and giving women permission to talk about it, where they won't have youngsters hanging round, saying, "Ooooo, gross!!!" and making them feel awful about it.

Groups
Dear Louiseds,
I guess talking about it in everyday life, with individuals & informal groups in general conversation - as you know surgery is often what people think about first, not our ability to self heal. Starting with posture is probably the central focal point from which to start with particularly the young women in my life.
....note to self - breath, relax & go with the flow...
I am trying not to burst at the seams with overpowering enthusiasm!! Soul Sister
