Chia Goodness Cereal Gluten Free!

Body: 

New cereal for me and I'd like to share ...

It's easy to prepare:

2 tablespoons into your bowl
add
4 tablespoons (1/4) cup of hot or cold water or your choice of milk
stir and wait about 5 minutes until it's like a porridge :)

Add some fruit and enjoy!

Oh, I always add a touch of honey. tsk.
