When I first “cracked the code” on stabilizing and reversing prolapse, and wrote and published Saving the Whole Woman, I set up this forum. While I had finally gotten my own severe uterine prolapse under control with the knowledge I had gained, I didn’t actually know if I could teach other women to do for themselves what I had done for my condition.
So I just started teaching women on this forum. Within weeks, the women started writing back, “It’s working! I can feel the difference!”
From that moment on, the forum became the hub of the Whole Woman Community. Unfortunately, spammers also discovered the forum, along with the thousands of women we had been helping. The level of spamming became so intolerable and time-consuming, we regretfully took the forum down.
Technology never sleeps, however, and we have better tools today for controlling spam than we did just a few years ago. So I am very excited and pleased to bring the forum back online.

Remember, the forum is here for two reasons. First, to get your questions answered by other women who have knowledge and experience to share. Second, it is the place to share your results and successes. Your stories will help other women learn that Whole Woman is what they need.
Whether you’re an old friend or a new acquaintance, welcome! The Whole Woman forum is a place where you can make a difference in your own life and the lives of thousands of women around the world!
Best wishes,

Wearing sketcher shoes as regular footwear
I do not want to slow down or inhibit positive progress by wearing the wrong type of footwear regularly.

Welcome, Optimistic
I just had a little google and discovered that they are similar in many ways to MBT's, but there are some differences, particularly price, and the shape of the footbed. Shoes are only one factor in posture, no matter what the hype says about either brand.
I figure that I will only exercise in shoes if they are really comfortable. Otherwise I stop the exercise or take the shoes off! would think the quality of the exercise program is way more important for your spine shape (up to a poiont) than the type of shoe you are wearing.
I wear Rockports, but I cannot wear *any* Rockport style comfortably. I prefer to wear no shoes where possible, and Ugg boots or flip flops (fancy or plain, with a high bar over the instep so I don't have to scrunch my toes up to keep them on, and my freedom loving little toes don't get squashed). I do have two pairs of very comfortable dancing shoes.
One tailor made pair has an ankle strap, sandal toes, a two inch heel and a very high, custom arch support because I have very high arches, but dancing posture tends to be 'toes' oriented, so the heel is not so much of a problem.
The other is a stretchy fabric pull-on with a high line at the front, shock cord straps on the outside and a thin, non slip plastic sole. I love these for Tribal.
My fave walking shoes are Rockport World Travellers which have a lovely wide last. Other than that, I prefer shoes that I can slip off when nobody can see my feet. ;-)
Have you tried putting Skecher (not Sketcher) into the search box?
