When I first “cracked the code” on stabilizing and reversing prolapse, and wrote and published Saving the Whole Woman, I set up this forum. While I had finally gotten my own severe uterine prolapse under control with the knowledge I had gained, I didn’t actually know if I could teach other women to do for themselves what I had done for my condition.
So I just started teaching women on this forum. Within weeks, the women started writing back, “It’s working! I can feel the difference!”
From that moment on, the forum became the hub of the Whole Woman Community. Unfortunately, spammers also discovered the forum, along with the thousands of women we had been helping. The level of spamming became so intolerable and time-consuming, we regretfully took the forum down.
Technology never sleeps, however, and we have better tools today for controlling spam than we did just a few years ago. So I am very excited and pleased to bring the forum back online.

Remember, the forum is here for two reasons. First, to get your questions answered by other women who have knowledge and experience to share. Second, it is the place to share your results and successes. Your stories will help other women learn that Whole Woman is what they need.
Whether you’re an old friend or a new acquaintance, welcome! The Whole Woman forum is a place where you can make a difference in your own life and the lives of thousands of women around the world!

I did
Hi junehy - I did drink it everyday.
I don't think it helped me but I am certainly a rarity with my birth experience as I had life threatening complications with a complete uterine inversion.
I'm not sure how you would know whether it helps or not as each birth experience is different.

I think june means has anyone
I think june means has anyone tried it as an aid for prolapse rather than during pregnancy.
So the theory was that the tea helps tone the uterus, right? I'd also be interested to know if any non-pregnant forum members have tried this. A little research I'm doing on the web comes up as inconclusive so far.

Livestrong
The Livestrong site suggests it is good for menstrual cramping and heavy bleeding. Apparently it "relaxes smooth muscle" but also "strengthens the uterine muscles".
Worth a try for prolapse?

prolapse is a structural problem
Well, from my perspective the organs are passive players in prolapse. The active players are the bones, the muscles, and the fascia that wraps the organs and connects them onto the muscles and bones. We use our muscles to pull our bones in certain ways, which in turn pulls the organs along by way of their fascial envelops. Red raspberry may be good for the uterine muscle itself, calming cramps and such, but prolapse is really a structural problem that can only be addressed structurally. Keeping the connective tissue in good shape is really important tho, which is accomplished with an anti-inflammatory diet and healing herbs.
