When I first “cracked the code” on stabilizing and reversing prolapse, and wrote and published Saving the Whole Woman, I set up this forum. While I had finally gotten my own severe uterine prolapse under control with the knowledge I had gained, I didn’t actually know if I could teach other women to do for themselves what I had done for my condition.
So I just started teaching women on this forum. Within weeks, the women started writing back, “It’s working! I can feel the difference!”
From that moment on, the forum became the hub of the Whole Woman Community. Unfortunately, spammers also discovered the forum, along with the thousands of women we had been helping. The level of spamming became so intolerable and time-consuming, we regretfully took the forum down.
Technology never sleeps, however, and we have better tools today for controlling spam than we did just a few years ago. So I am very excited and pleased to bring the forum back online.

Remember, the forum is here for two reasons. First, to get your questions answered by other women who have knowledge and experience to share. Second, it is the place to share your results and successes. Your stories will help other women learn that Whole Woman is what they need.
Whether you’re an old friend or a new acquaintance, welcome! The Whole Woman forum is a place where you can make a difference in your own life and the lives of thousands of women around the world!

I did water aerobics a few years ago, but that was before my severe prolapse so I can't say if it would help with that. However, it helped me lose weight. I am unsure about what effect weight loss might have on my prolapse, but it might be beneficial, because the less fat in your abdomen might mean less abdominal pressure pushing things down. So I imagine it would be very good for you.

RE: Ideas on recovering from another miscarriage
Hi
I'm so very sorry to hear of your loss and subsequent bladder prolapse problems.
When i had irritation and problems urinating i found that urinating into a bowl in a sort of cat position helped me void fully and then infection didn't follow.
before i learned this tip from christine i found that pure cranberry juice (from concentrate mixed with water was great for bringing down the burning urge feeling down.
HOwever before finding the good stuff i had tried some stinking cranberry juice. The shop stuff was just undrinkable and even one of the health food store ones wasn't so nice. Then i found one that was delicious. So i'd suggest giving a few a try.
Overall then i really would suggest getting in touch with a well trained Traditional chinese medicine practioner who does herbs and needles.
Try and make sure they are well trained. Perhaps by checking in with a major body of accrediation. IN the U.S i think this is the Nccaom?.
Also, i recon it's important that you like the sound of them over the phone, because, i also go for the principle that there's an exchange of energy going on in the session too. For that i think it's good to get someone you click with and you think is empathic, calm etc..
Oh and enquire as to whether they see more than one person per session. I once went to a lady who had three people going in three different rooms at once and i don't think this is good practice.
If money's put's you off the TCM, i'd recommend the paul pitchford book i wrote about in lifestyle. It's called "healing with whole food". I really do think an appropriate diet for your type ( in line with TCM ideas) can make a huge difference in people's lives.
Best Wishes

Hi Deb,
I now think my recurrent bladder irritations are from the cystocele. I also get bladder irritations when i don't drink enough and when it is that feeling of dehydration and urge is bad that water doesn't help i found that eating watermelon really helps. I suggested it to several people and they are now doing it also.
Give it a try. It's pretty readily available and yummy. I find cranberry juice a bit acidic for my stomach but i am sure that is good at killing some bacteria. Best of luck. Wish you well.
