tips on walking while contracting pelvic floor muscles, please

I've tried to do all the exercises while contracting pelvic floor muscles. some i can do, others i can't seem to keep the muscles contracted while doing, especialy walking around. i can't even begin to imagine dancing whicle contracting the muscles. do this just take time. i can do the standing position fine. so while i am doing the dishes all is well, but as soon as i move much, i can't seem to hold them. thanks for the tips. i just joined the forum, so i can trying to get the hang of getting and giving help.

We don't contract the pelvic floor at all. This is really a head-to-toe way of holding the body that sort of pushes the belly out rather than holding it in. We don't hold in the belly and we don't hold in the pelvic floor. Rather, there is a sense of these two sets of muscles being elongated instead of shortened.

It takes a long time to tip the bladder into the lower belly *and have it stay there* because the connective tissue has refigured itself into this more natural shape.
