When I first “cracked the code” on stabilizing and reversing prolapse, and wrote and published Saving the Whole Woman, I set up this forum. While I had finally gotten my own severe uterine prolapse under control with the knowledge I had gained, I didn’t actually know if I could teach other women to do for themselves what I had done for my condition.
So I just started teaching women on this forum. Within weeks, the women started writing back, “It’s working! I can feel the difference!”
From that moment on, the forum became the hub of the Whole Woman Community. Unfortunately, spammers also discovered the forum, along with the thousands of women we had been helping. The level of spamming became so intolerable and time-consuming, we regretfully took the forum down.
Technology never sleeps, however, and we have better tools today for controlling spam than we did just a few years ago. So I am very excited and pleased to bring the forum back online.

Remember, the forum is here for two reasons. First, to get your questions answered by other women who have knowledge and experience to share. Second, it is the place to share your results and successes. Your stories will help other women learn that Whole Woman is what they need.
Whether you’re an old friend or a new acquaintance, welcome! The Whole Woman forum is a place where you can make a difference in your own life and the lives of thousands of women around the world!
Best wishes,

Hi mamabear023,
A very warm welcome to you. We're happy you're here. I hope you'll find loads of help, information & support here. Between the many women who visit this site, there's wealth of experience & knowledge.
You've identified a few health issues here. I just wanted to address one issue, which is the 'big ole slouch" issue! Sounds nice & we can kindof get used to that way of being & even see it as a treat. The reality though, is that it's really really bad for our health, women's health in particular perhaps because of our reproductive organs & childbirth experiences. There are many knock on effect of poor posture as well, such as weakening some of the back and abdominal muscles... One of the key elements of the whole woman apporach is a healthy natural posture, which as Christine Kent says is "anything but" for most of us. So most of us have to learn it. It does take time & practice for it to become habitual, but it's not long before you start feeling better & begin to appreciate the benefits. I've been reminding myself to get into WW posture for about 1 1/2 years now, and now if I slouch it actually doesn't feel too good, partly because I know it's bad for me and partly because I physically like the feeling of being in a good posture. There's a lot of information about ww posture on this site & in Christine's dvd's & book. I highly recommend these.
Wishing you all the best on your journey.

Oh I realize how bad
Oh I realize how bad slouching and poor posture is, which is why I'm here and looking for the info. I really can't do more books right now....so trying to gather information from the net., having trouble finding it on the forum. I see posts referring to WW posture, but I guess you have to buy the book to find out what that is?
I did watch the videos in the Theater, which we informative about the why, but not so much on the what.

I think so
Hey mamabear!
I'm pretty sure you can find a great many bits of information here- and on the youtube channel.
I'm too lazy to look, but you've only got 5 kids right? so you are not busy at all :)
Do you know about the channel?
I'm concerned about this diastasis-I've never seen one that large- 7 fingers is really big. What are you going to do about it? Do you think there is a hernia there?
I think before I did anything else, I'd start addressing that sucker :)
anyway. glad you are here and big hugs for you busy lady.
