When I first “cracked the code” on stabilizing and reversing prolapse, and wrote and published Saving the Whole Woman, I set up this forum. While I had finally gotten my own severe uterine prolapse under control with the knowledge I had gained, I didn’t actually know if I could teach other women to do for themselves what I had done for my condition.
So I just started teaching women on this forum. Within weeks, the women started writing back, “It’s working! I can feel the difference!”
From that moment on, the forum became the hub of the Whole Woman Community. Unfortunately, spammers also discovered the forum, along with the thousands of women we had been helping. The level of spamming became so intolerable and time-consuming, we regretfully took the forum down.
Technology never sleeps, however, and we have better tools today for controlling spam than we did just a few years ago. So I am very excited and pleased to bring the forum back online.

Remember, the forum is here for two reasons. First, to get your questions answered by other women who have knowledge and experience to share. Second, it is the place to share your results and successes. Your stories will help other women learn that Whole Woman is what they need.
Whether you’re an old friend or a new acquaintance, welcome! The Whole Woman forum is a place where you can make a difference in your own life and the lives of thousands of women around the world!
Best wishes,

prolapse self examine
Hi busymama,
Good questions - which I'm sure many people can identify with at some point or another.
There's a really helpful article by Christine Kent, called 'The prolapse self examine' which is really helpful & has some photos too. If you google in 'whole woman, prolapse self examin' it'll pop up. (The internet still feel like magic to me!).
Also if you look up on the ww forum Jan. 2008, mytfly2day, there is a conversation about air in the urethra which you might find interesting/helpful.
You may also want to look up Oct 19, 2005, mermaid drowning, re a conversation about rectal burning amongst other things. I'm also thinking you're not long post partum, so perhaps it's not at all surprising if your vaginal, urethral, rectal, vulval.... areas feel sore or sapcious. The whole delivery area may have taken quite a battering. It's early days still. My guess is that these symptoms may well calm down in time. The whole woman posture and work will help enormously with that. However if you're worried you may want to go to the doctor for a check up.
You could also take a look in Christine's kitchen on this site, where she makes some red clover balm. I'm wondering whether this might be helpful. I don't know - but maybe worth browsing to see if she says anything related to your issues.
Pelvic organ prolapse may well be associated with the burning sensation you're feeling. Logically therefore if the prolapse issues are eased then the burning issues may also ease. I highly recommend that you get into a habit of doing some whole woman exercise as part of you daily self care habits. Explore and experiment what works for you. For example, as well as trying to do a ww dvd practice each day I also do a forward bend for 3 breaths (exhaling as I go down, inhaling as I just create a bit of space between my legs and my body), after each time I go to the loo. That's quite a few supportive forward bends a day! Enjoy finding out what helps you. It is a real joy when you find things that are sustainable and really help.
Wishing yo all the best,
wholewomanukx

still healing
Hey Busy. Definitely use the search engine on the forums. If you type the words *search function* or just *search* you might come up on a post by Louise where she explains how to use google to search our forums.
But I just wanted to say that you are still way way way early days and that it sounds like you are doing great!
Also, don't be surprised if things fluctuate a great deal between better and worse- or if things feel especially low around the 3 month mark.
