When I first “cracked the code” on stabilizing and reversing prolapse, and wrote and published Saving the Whole Woman, I set up this forum. While I had finally gotten my own severe uterine prolapse under control with the knowledge I had gained, I didn’t actually know if I could teach other women to do for themselves what I had done for my condition.
So I just started teaching women on this forum. Within weeks, the women started writing back, “It’s working! I can feel the difference!”
From that moment on, the forum became the hub of the Whole Woman Community. Unfortunately, spammers also discovered the forum, along with the thousands of women we had been helping. The level of spamming became so intolerable and time-consuming, we regretfully took the forum down.
Technology never sleeps, however, and we have better tools today for controlling spam than we did just a few years ago. So I am very excited and pleased to bring the forum back online.

Remember, the forum is here for two reasons. First, to get your questions answered by other women who have knowledge and experience to share. Second, it is the place to share your results and successes. Your stories will help other women learn that Whole Woman is what they need.
Whether you’re an old friend or a new acquaintance, welcome! The Whole Woman forum is a place where you can make a difference in your own life and the lives of thousands of women around the world!
Best wishes,

Welcome missdaisy
Welcome missdaisy,
And congratulations on your wonderful bub. Hello from across the way in Australia. . 7wks post partum....well plenty of time to heal, and you will find most post partum mums heal really well.
I had prolapse after my third and healed really well, it just showed itself again 3 years later. So my main piece of advice is even after you have healed, always look after yourself further down the track.
I have found the first aid for prolapse DVD invaluable, and the book saving the whole woman (while very complex in parts) most useful, and a good ongoing reference.
I have just ordered the yoga DVDs and waiting on their arrival, so can't comment on them as yet.
If finances allow, the book and DVD are a good way to start, in my opinion.
Read lots and ask questions as needed, this is a great and positive place to be.
Regards
Lindy

Hi Miss Daisy - I agree with
Hi Miss Daisy - I agree with Aussielou that the basic starting point would be the book, and First Aid for Prolapse DVD. If you need to start with one or the other, then only you can decide if reading or watching fits better into your busy life at the moment!
The Yoga DVD's are newer, and they are excellent. The Second Wheel is considered to be especially good for PP women. These videos are good for the body and the soul!
Meanwhile, please get all the posture information that you can from this website. The sooner you start on this postural correction, the better off you are. I wish I had been aware of this in my birthing years; but better late than never for me! Good luck to you and congrats on baby! There are lots of women on this forum from your side of the globe! - Surviving

Hi missdaisy, congrats on the little one! Just wanted to reiterate PP's suggestions to browse the forum while waiting for your book and DVD, especially the pregnancy and prolapse subsection. You will learn enough to at least begin with the posture and other things you need to help fix your prolapse.
