When I first “cracked the code” on stabilizing and reversing prolapse, and wrote and published Saving the Whole Woman, I set up this forum. While I had finally gotten my own severe uterine prolapse under control with the knowledge I had gained, I didn’t actually know if I could teach other women to do for themselves what I had done for my condition.
So I just started teaching women on this forum. Within weeks, the women started writing back, “It’s working! I can feel the difference!”
From that moment on, the forum became the hub of the Whole Woman Community. Unfortunately, spammers also discovered the forum, along with the thousands of women we had been helping. The level of spamming became so intolerable and time-consuming, we regretfully took the forum down.
Technology never sleeps, however, and we have better tools today for controlling spam than we did just a few years ago. So I am very excited and pleased to bring the forum back online.

Remember, the forum is here for two reasons. First, to get your questions answered by other women who have knowledge and experience to share. Second, it is the place to share your results and successes. Your stories will help other women learn that Whole Woman is what they need.
Whether you’re an old friend or a new acquaintance, welcome! The Whole Woman forum is a place where you can make a difference in your own life and the lives of thousands of women around the world!
Best wishes,

enterocele
Besides the official diagnosis, what makes you think you have enterocele? What are your symptoms - other than burning pain?

I have posterior bulging of the vaginal wall, rectocele and my gyn diagnosed me with enterocele upon pelvic exam today. I have not experienced any bowel symptoms.

most rare
This is almost (but not entirely) unheard of in a woman with her uterus. There has to be tremendously undue backward pressure - like decades of straining against the toilet seat, plus heavy ab exercise coupled with habitually tucking under and pulling your belly in. Cystocele-rectocele is the most common presentation of prolapse - urinary burning and bulging of the front and back walls. Your symptoms probably fall within the realm of most common. Pharmaceuticals take symptoms to another level entirely.
I suggest you learn this postural work and apply a quality, organic salve to the affected area as needed. Hormone creams are extremely unbalancing and it may take a full year or more to recover. Talk to your doctor.

suggestion to counteract burning pain
Just a thought. If the burning pain is some sort of infection, try smearing vagina with honey a few times daily. Honey has worked for me with mild burning. I have also used natural yoghurt salve with good effect. No sure if they work together though!

where can I find natural
where can I find natural yogurt salve and Christines balm?
I too have burning pain. The Dr said it was a little yeast infection that hadnt cleared up yet and irritation from my prolapse. Mine is serious but I have commited myself to proving him wrong about surgery being the only option. Wish me luck...

Balm
Christine's balm used to be available through this site, but no longer. If you go to the Resources tab, then to Living Arts, you will find a Red Clover Salve video - Christine showing how she makes it.

angee/burning pain
Hi angee, you might want to try Marigold 2's suggestion about using Honey. Christine recommends this also. She says she has found that a pea-size bit of raw, local honey applied highin the vagina twice a day gives her the best results. She says, this calls in the local microflora, which normalizes vaginal tissues - resolving burning, itching and dryness. I use it all the time and it works wonderfully for me. She has written an article about this. You can find it in the Village Post on this site. If you are interested you can pull it up - the name of it is "The Roleof Glycogen in Vulvovaginal Health". Best of luck to you!!

Jaylove/Honey for Burning Vaginal Pain
Thank you for your advise about using honey for vaginal burning. The honey has reduced my burning pain significantly and I will continue to use it throughout the day. I mentioned the use of honey to a fellow nurse who told me that she has used it on infected and inflamed wounds with healing success. My favorite veterinarian told me that she uses it on wounds and in healing and repositioning postpartum uterine prolapse in farm animals. Thank you, Berkshire Girl

That is very interesting about your favorite veterinarian using honey on wounds and in healing and repositioning post partum uterine prolapse in farm animals. Isn't that amazing!!! I love these natural remedies that truly work. Best wishes as you progress on this journey. Let us know how you are doing.

Mositurising creams
Hi berkshiregirl :-) I have had 1 jar of Christine's Bliss Balm, before it ran out.The other bought, best and natural one Ive had success with is SYLK personal lubricant. Its got no chemicals. I use this one more when Im travelling.I did like the Bliss Balm so much that I made my version of it at home, like some others have. You can put Bliss Balm into the search box and read some of my posts and others there .Its easy to make in ones kitchen, once you get your head around the idea.
.I use coconut oil, olive oil, beeswax and 2-3 drops of aroma oil like rose or geranium.Melt it all in a pot and tip into small sterilised glass jars or old cosmetic jars that have been washed and sterilised. Each batch is a little different, sometimes I make it a bit soft or too hard and then just remelt again and add a bit more of one ingredient or another,It's a bit of a feel as you go recipe.Like most recipes really.
All this info you will find in the search engine.I hope this helps .

Red Clover Salve
Berkshiregirl - go the Resources tab, then at the bottom of that page you will see Christine's Living Arts. There is a video there showing Christine making up a batch of red clover salve. I think it's the same as what she used to sell as Bliss Balm. - Surviving

Bladder Prolapse
I am new to this site and have been searching for answers to my problem. I was fitted with a pessary ring. After the ring was inserted, I had no urge to urinate. The urine would flow like a faucet. My obgyn said that because my bladder was kinked before the pessary was inserted, and that the ring made the bladder straighten out. I cannot believe that women are fitted with pessaries and have leakage all day long. I became so sore when I would urinate. When my obgyn removed the pessary, it felt like my insides were being sucked out. I have yet to see the videos on the exercies that have been mentioned. Is there anyone out there that has this problem or can give me information? I do not have a uterine prolapse, just bladder.

hormone creams
The hormonal symphony playing at any one time in the human body is more complex than science has any idea. Fields of hormone receptors appear and disappear in body tissues depending upon many things, including what hormones are being introduced, naturally or otherwise. Birth control pills, for example, are known to "up-regulate" (make appear) certain estrogen receptors and "down-regulate" (make disappear) testosterone receptors. Because testosterone largely supports the health of the vulva, vulvodynia is epidemic amongst birth control pill users. It is well-documented that restoring normal hormone receptor functioning in symptomatic women who have quit birth control pills can take a year or more. The same is true for hormone creams.

sitting
Sitting on an exercise ball is fine, but so is sitting on a low, wide stool or even a chair when using the strength of your own spine in WW posture.

pessaries
Hi and welcome, Dante.
Pessaries can be a pain. Many of us here gain enough result with WW posture (the pelvic organ support system is a postural system) and exercise so that a pessary becomes unnecessary. Bladder prolapse is most common. There is a lot of information here on the site and more in the WW product line.
Best wishes,
Christine

honey and coconut oil
Wonder if I can mix them? I use coconut oil all the time for everything and anything skin related. I have a jar in my bathroom and use it for labia and vaginal areas all the time. I have used raw honey for healing cuts and my midwife had me use it with my last baby instead of stitching a slight tear...poured honey on it and had me keep my legs together until it healed. Unless someone has a reason why not, I think I am about to add the jar of raw honey to my bathroom cabinet too.
