My version of arm flapping

I've been doing this lately and I thought I'd share in case it was useful to anyone else:

I circle one arm at a time across my body and up over my head and down the other side of my body. I sometimes add a little side step in there. I feel a nice stretch in my abdominal muscles as well as a lift through the pelvic region. It feels really good!

I'd like to try this or any version of flapping. But where I walk, I am always in potential full view of lots of people. I haven't lost all my inhibitions yet, but i'm working on that! - Surviving

I do it in the privacy of my house, mostly just after I've had a shower for some reason. It just feels so good to stretch up through the abdomen and feel the pelvic lift. If I did it in public people would probably think I was doing some weird dance routine ;-)

Hi curiosity, sounds interesting will give it a try, luckily there is an upper and lower part to our parkland and quite often there is no one about on the upper part ( conveniently outside our back fence gate). I often do a bit of wing flapping out there. The kindergarten adjoins the parkland too, so maybe the kids would enjoy the entertainment!!!

Glue some feathers on a hat and put it on your head. Hold some more feathers in your hands, and just be the street entertainment. Make bird noises. Drop a trail of eggs behind you. I am sure that nobody will come anywhere near you, and you might just get your picutre in the local paper! ;-) What a wonderful PR opportunity!
