When I first “cracked the code” on stabilizing and reversing prolapse, and wrote and published Saving the Whole Woman, I set up this forum. While I had finally gotten my own severe uterine prolapse under control with the knowledge I had gained, I didn’t actually know if I could teach other women to do for themselves what I had done for my condition.
So I just started teaching women on this forum. Within weeks, the women started writing back, “It’s working! I can feel the difference!”
From that moment on, the forum became the hub of the Whole Woman Community. Unfortunately, spammers also discovered the forum, along with the thousands of women we had been helping. The level of spamming became so intolerable and time-consuming, we regretfully took the forum down.
Technology never sleeps, however, and we have better tools today for controlling spam than we did just a few years ago. So I am very excited and pleased to bring the forum back online.

Remember, the forum is here for two reasons. First, to get your questions answered by other women who have knowledge and experience to share. Second, it is the place to share your results and successes. Your stories will help other women learn that Whole Woman is what they need.
Whether you’re an old friend or a new acquaintance, welcome! The Whole Woman forum is a place where you can make a difference in your own life and the lives of thousands of women around the world!
Best wishes,

Take control and do what we can.
I feel like I have made some progress in dealing with this rectocele over the last few months. Besides working on my posture, I have changed my eating habits to include lots of spinach and kale, fruit and veggies. I no longer eat bread or pasta and I no longer eat as MUCH as I used to.I drink lots of water. I now have only 10 pounds to go to get to my ideal weight and I think this has helped a lot. I have also gone to have accupuncture by a woman who deals with many POP issues with her patients. I think she has helped me too. The last thing I have done is to go to a naturopath who specialized in optimal aging. She has put me on bio-identical hormones. (testosterone, estradiol, progesterone) I do pilates one day each week with my teacher who is customizing my workout to avoid any strain on my prolapsed area. (as part of this, I hang upside down from two foot straps covered in fur....sounds crazy.....but I hang there for as long as I want and it feels wonderful) I think "it" all goes back where it was when I was 25 or something! I want to get a device to hang from here in my home. You all know that heavy feeling we can get....this goes away after a few minutes of hanging! Anyway, this may all sound crazy, but I am feeling so much better now than I was several months ago ....I can not tell you. I approached my "problem" by keeping notes on what I was doing and eating and how they effected how I was feeling "down there" ....I did not feel like my doctor was of any help other than to offer surgery using the terrible MESH...NOOOOO! I am not signing up for that .....but after lots of trial and error....I think I have a way of dealing with this at least for now. All I know is I feel much better, have very regular stools as long as I eat what works for me.

rectocele help
Hi Lady C. Thanks for all the helpful info. I have eliminated many things from my diet and I am eating many fruits and veggies and a lot of spinach. I will add Kale. I have used it while juicing months back. It has so many good things in it. Right now I am waiting for magnesium powder in the mail. Still having trouble getting things to really move on a regular basis. Have you used mag powder? If so...what kind worked the best? Please let me know. Thanks again:)
