When I first “cracked the code” on stabilizing and reversing prolapse, and wrote and published Saving the Whole Woman, I set up this forum. While I had finally gotten my own severe uterine prolapse under control with the knowledge I had gained, I didn’t actually know if I could teach other women to do for themselves what I had done for my condition.
So I just started teaching women on this forum. Within weeks, the women started writing back, “It’s working! I can feel the difference!”
From that moment on, the forum became the hub of the Whole Woman Community. Unfortunately, spammers also discovered the forum, along with the thousands of women we had been helping. The level of spamming became so intolerable and time-consuming, we regretfully took the forum down.
Technology never sleeps, however, and we have better tools today for controlling spam than we did just a few years ago. So I am very excited and pleased to bring the forum back online.

Remember, the forum is here for two reasons. First, to get your questions answered by other women who have knowledge and experience to share. Second, it is the place to share your results and successes. Your stories will help other women learn that Whole Woman is what they need.
Whether you’re an old friend or a new acquaintance, welcome! The Whole Woman forum is a place where you can make a difference in your own life and the lives of thousands of women around the world!
Best wishes,

Dear Silverlady
I have heard about this too and will be curious to hear back from you and others. I believe Christine once said that it won't hurt it, but also won't heal it. Best wishes

mayan massage
I had one of these massages early on in my learning about my prolapse. The massage therapist did the massage and she also taught me how to self massage. Although this technique doesn't cure the prolapse, it does help with familiarizing you with where your "girl parts" are located. The therapist was able to feel through my abdomen that my uterus needed to shift. I continue to self massage & find it soothing. I think with the prolapse we get so aggravated at our bodies at times, and this treatment helps with healing emotionally as well as soothing, physically. It is a nice energetic treatment - like Reiki. Give it a try! Best of luck Silverlady.

Good thought, Ananda
Hi Silverlady
I think Ananda has hit the nail on the head. For so many of us our bodies are a complete history, even if we have studied the human body at school and know the relevant theory. Somehow, getting to know your own body gets shoved into the background when we have doctors to do all the interpretation of our bodies for us.
We know our way around our own neighbourhood, and around our own house. Why don't we know our way around our own body? Mayan Massage is one of the ways we can do it. If we know our way around, even only our pelvis and abdomen we can start to understand how it all moves, and how we can change the way it behaves.

Found it very helpful
The Maya massage is very helpful. I've gone several times. Of course it hasn't healed me but it is also an ancient technique from South America that women there do regularly. I'm now just new here and starting to work on the posture adjustments. So I'm going to keep doing the massage also.

Hi wongy
Welcome to WW - Congrats on wonderful new babe! Please know that 4 months PP is still extremely early on in the healing process. You can still see a lot of improvement but you do need to adopt this natural posture that will help support your organs and protect your hips for life. It is not a cure but it will enable you to manage things and do pretty much anything that you want to do, without fear. Swimming is fine, should be no problem because gravity is in your favor. Walking every day in excellent WW posture is great - that is really how I learned and perfected my posture. I have both rectocele and cystocele. I wish that I had acquired this knowledge in the PP days....your body will still be changing and healing for months and months to come, and it will respond to this work if you commit the effort. Bring your questions here as you go along! Hang in there. - Surviving
