When I first “cracked the code” on stabilizing and reversing prolapse, and wrote and published Saving the Whole Woman, I set up this forum. While I had finally gotten my own severe uterine prolapse under control with the knowledge I had gained, I didn’t actually know if I could teach other women to do for themselves what I had done for my condition.
So I just started teaching women on this forum. Within weeks, the women started writing back, “It’s working! I can feel the difference!”
From that moment on, the forum became the hub of the Whole Woman Community. Unfortunately, spammers also discovered the forum, along with the thousands of women we had been helping. The level of spamming became so intolerable and time-consuming, we regretfully took the forum down.
Technology never sleeps, however, and we have better tools today for controlling spam than we did just a few years ago. So I am very excited and pleased to bring the forum back online.

Remember, the forum is here for two reasons. First, to get your questions answered by other women who have knowledge and experience to share. Second, it is the place to share your results and successes. Your stories will help other women learn that Whole Woman is what they need.
Whether you’re an old friend or a new acquaintance, welcome! The Whole Woman forum is a place where you can make a difference in your own life and the lives of thousands of women around the world!
Best wishes,

Nature's pessary
Hi Samantha - having both 'celes is very common. In fact, it's probably the norm. Christine calls this "nature's pessary" because these bulges help keep the cervix further away from the pelvic outlet. The other good news is that there isn't any special "treatment" for each of these conditions. Posture (and not straining) are the answer, no matter what kind of prolapse you have. Keep up the good work! - Surviving
(PS, look around the forums for diet advice to keep things moving. Some rely on magnesium citrate for help. Probiotics may be called for, especially if you've had a round of antibiotics lately.)

Rectocele and Bowel Movement
Hi Samantha,
Have you tried Activia Yoghurt? If you are not allergic to lactose, it could be worth a try. I had similar problems and now I eat an Activia Yoghurt every morning after breakfast, and hit helps. I softens the stool and I do not have any trouble to empty my bowel and do not have to strain anymore. Maybe you give it a try? For me it is a pretty easy and cheap way and it helps!
And I know this feeling very well- to feel failure as a woman. But it will get better over time, there are so many women having this conditions, you are not alone! And your daughter was just born 6 months ago, your body still needs time to heal and it can improve over time.
All the best!

once more
Hi Samantha, sorry, I forgot something: it also helps when you sit on the toilet and it won`t come out, to open your mouth a little, put the tongue to your palate and buzz or hum a little song. My midwife told me that. Remember to keep the mouth open, the muscles down there relax when you open the jaws. I know it sounds ridiculous, but it really works! Loulou
