When I first “cracked the code” on stabilizing and reversing prolapse, and wrote and published Saving the Whole Woman, I set up this forum. While I had finally gotten my own severe uterine prolapse under control with the knowledge I had gained, I didn’t actually know if I could teach other women to do for themselves what I had done for my condition.
So I just started teaching women on this forum. Within weeks, the women started writing back, “It’s working! I can feel the difference!”
From that moment on, the forum became the hub of the Whole Woman Community. Unfortunately, spammers also discovered the forum, along with the thousands of women we had been helping. The level of spamming became so intolerable and time-consuming, we regretfully took the forum down.
Technology never sleeps, however, and we have better tools today for controlling spam than we did just a few years ago. So I am very excited and pleased to bring the forum back online.

Remember, the forum is here for two reasons. First, to get your questions answered by other women who have knowledge and experience to share. Second, it is the place to share your results and successes. Your stories will help other women learn that Whole Woman is what they need.
Whether you’re an old friend or a new acquaintance, welcome! The Whole Woman forum is a place where you can make a difference in your own life and the lives of thousands of women around the world!
Best wishes,

Whole Woman 101
Hi Karma - Just a quick note for right now, the video that used to be called "WW 101" now appears as the first video on the Video page (go to the "Resources" tab, then go to Videos). - Surviving

Hi Karma
Try not to stress over this too much. It is very shocking when we learn of this condition, but with Christine's help things can get better. Plus there are a great group of women, and Lanny, to chat with.

That is a common feeling in
That is a common feeling in the beginning- it seems that those who have dealt with this longer and practiced Whole Woman longer are now quite confident. I received a very encouraging note from someone who had 5 children. Of course, I don't know your particular case, but don't give up hope on the baby-making yet.
I found the FAQ page to be extremely helpful. There is a link toward the bottom that explains Whole Woman Posture in great detail. Hang in there, and if you feel discouraged, THIS is the place to go. I would say first and foremost, read about whole woman posture. Then go through and read all of the encouraging words and great advice in past posts. Knowing you are not alone really does help.

Hi Karma – hopefully by now
Hi Karma – hopefully by now you’ve had a look around the site and forums. The video is great and the FAQ’s will give you an idea about what the posture is all about. It’s relaxing the belly, pulling up the chest, and thereby restoring lumbar curvature that is the foundation of pelvic organ support. There are so many moms on here who have gone on to have lots more kids after a discovery of prolapse. I wish that I had found this information during my childbearing years, and then had all this time to use it. There is more than enough information on this site for you to figure out that this is really the best thing out there. It is not a quick fix but a lifetime change, and it will allow you to live very well with prolapse and learn how you can control your symptoms. There are way worse things in life than a rectocele, though you probably don’t feel that way at the moment. Trust me, it’s true! Read on, ask your questions, and consider getting Christine’s book and one or more DVD’s because this is a “total immersion” kind of thing. - Surviving
