When I first “cracked the code” on stabilizing and reversing prolapse, and wrote and published Saving the Whole Woman, I set up this forum. While I had finally gotten my own severe uterine prolapse under control with the knowledge I had gained, I didn’t actually know if I could teach other women to do for themselves what I had done for my condition.
So I just started teaching women on this forum. Within weeks, the women started writing back, “It’s working! I can feel the difference!”
From that moment on, the forum became the hub of the Whole Woman Community. Unfortunately, spammers also discovered the forum, along with the thousands of women we had been helping. The level of spamming became so intolerable and time-consuming, we regretfully took the forum down.
Technology never sleeps, however, and we have better tools today for controlling spam than we did just a few years ago. So I am very excited and pleased to bring the forum back online.

Remember, the forum is here for two reasons. First, to get your questions answered by other women who have knowledge and experience to share. Second, it is the place to share your results and successes. Your stories will help other women learn that Whole Woman is what they need.
Whether you’re an old friend or a new acquaintance, welcome! The Whole Woman forum is a place where you can make a difference in your own life and the lives of thousands of women around the world!
Best wishes,

Jiggle and firebreathe
Although it may feel like your rectocele is pulling the cervix down, it is probably more the opposite. The uterus is the hub of pelvic organ support, and getting it to move forward is the key to maintenance of all types of prolapse. In fact, women (like me) who have significant cystocele and rectocele, often have uteri that stay well inside because of support from the ‘celes (what Christine calls “nature’s pessary").
Do you firebreathe? This is a skill that you must master and use every day. It may seem tricky at first, because the breathing sequence is not intuitive for everyone (it wasn’t for me) and it must be done correctly.
Before you sit down on the toilet, lean forward and do some serious jiggling to get your organs into the belly. Then do several good strong firebreaths, during which you should feel the organs moving even farther forward. Slowly sit down on the toilet, still leaning forward, and with lumbar curvature in place. Maybe this sequence will help. - Surviving

pressure's not good
Dear Lifegoeson04
Perhaps regularity is what you could start aiming for, difficult I know with a young baby who can call you at any time. The problem with baulking when you want to go is that we can start to work ourselves up and this we know does not help any. If you are used to going at a regular time each day say 8am or 3pm whatever, how about making sure one way or another that you have time to go to the toilet at that time each day. Also allow yourself half an hour lead time beforehand. Do something active up on your feet. It can be the washing up, vacuuming, walking with baby over your shoulder or exercise. But mentally and physically you are preparing for the toileting event. Then you go as normal. If you baulk, then stop. Don’t stay there straining. If things get really bad and you are getting on to three days without going and you are feeling uncomfortable, you know that you can resort to an enema or suppository. If you have never used one make sure you apply either one with a little lubricant, the first time is the worst.
If you have not previously been as regular as clockwork, why not designate a convenient time say twenty minutes after breakfast and try to go at that time whenever it is each day. Again just try, don’t strain.
The idea as you have no doubt guessed is to build the habit. This probably requires very regular meals which again may be problematic, but worth the organization and sometimes inconvenience.
I am not big on drinking a lot of liquid but there are certain times in your life when you need to make sure you are having your 4-6 cups of liquid a day and that is at lactation. Best of luck to you, Fab.

One other thing please
Sorry one other thing, for my back treatment i have to lie on tennis balls under my shoulder blades and point and flex my toes to make me move back and forward with a bit of friction, could this be doing any damage or working my stomach muscles incorrectly at all? just want to check what you think as trying work out what could be causing pressure!!!!

tennis balls
Dear Lifegoeson04
If you have your legs apart and you are pointing your toes and holding for some seconds, and then flexing them back and holding again, it would actually be good for your abdominal, buttock and leg muscles as well as your back, and it just so happens these are the very ones that will help you to hold WWposture when standing and need strengthening in their correct orientation. But if you are working it like a wrench, I don’t see it doing that. As for rolling on tennis balls, I haven’t been into that. Sounds fun.
Best wishes, Fab

mooli
Try googling "mooli" - perhaps it is that? A giant radish also known as daikon.
