When I first “cracked the code” on stabilizing and reversing prolapse, and wrote and published Saving the Whole Woman, I set up this forum. While I had finally gotten my own severe uterine prolapse under control with the knowledge I had gained, I didn’t actually know if I could teach other women to do for themselves what I had done for my condition.
So I just started teaching women on this forum. Within weeks, the women started writing back, “It’s working! I can feel the difference!”
From that moment on, the forum became the hub of the Whole Woman Community. Unfortunately, spammers also discovered the forum, along with the thousands of women we had been helping. The level of spamming became so intolerable and time-consuming, we regretfully took the forum down.
Technology never sleeps, however, and we have better tools today for controlling spam than we did just a few years ago. So I am very excited and pleased to bring the forum back online.

Remember, the forum is here for two reasons. First, to get your questions answered by other women who have knowledge and experience to share. Second, it is the place to share your results and successes. Your stories will help other women learn that Whole Woman is what they need.
Whether you’re an old friend or a new acquaintance, welcome! The Whole Woman forum is a place where you can make a difference in your own life and the lives of thousands of women around the world!
Best wishes,

Hi and welcome, Lovinghorses.
Hi and welcome, Lovinghorses. I have read your other posts and just want to add my encouragement. I think that for your situation, WW posture and concentrating on getting the organs into the lower belly has the best chance of correctly repositioning your uterus. Our main moderator, Louise (who is away for a little bit) had a similar experience of things going back to where they belonged after doing this work for awhile.
I don't have much to say about these electronic kegel machines. Kegels don't address prolapse and can actually make it worse (read the Blog!). If you had just had a baby and the muscles and nerves needed something to wake them up, that might be one thing, but that really isn't your situation. - Surviving

You do know how much I appreciate your help don't you, I have managed to smile quite a few times today when thinking about prolapse so that must be a good thing :) x x

Dear Lovelovinghorses
Maybe you could send the electric stimulator back for a refund, and buy the WW book and dvd instead. It is a much better investment in your future ;-)

Will do!
I am going to send it back but as the shipping and import duty and tax would be so much for the UK I am thinking of getting just the dvd; will I lose out a lot by not getting the book? x x

Christine and Lanny are hard
Christine and Lanny are hard at work getting Saving the Whole Woman into an E-book format, to address this very issue. Meanwhile, I think the book is on a short-term temporary back order. Personally, I adore the book and it is the only thing I had during my first year. Why not sit tight for a bit, and see what happens with the electronic format. Do you have an e-reader?
PS, yes you certainly should get the DVD now if you are in a position to. Because there are bundles available, it might be worth your while to contact them directly, tell them what you want and see how you can get the best deal while not having to wait too long.
