When I first “cracked the code” on stabilizing and reversing prolapse, and wrote and published Saving the Whole Woman, I set up this forum. While I had finally gotten my own severe uterine prolapse under control with the knowledge I had gained, I didn’t actually know if I could teach other women to do for themselves what I had done for my condition.
So I just started teaching women on this forum. Within weeks, the women started writing back, “It’s working! I can feel the difference!”
From that moment on, the forum became the hub of the Whole Woman Community. Unfortunately, spammers also discovered the forum, along with the thousands of women we had been helping. The level of spamming became so intolerable and time-consuming, we regretfully took the forum down.
Technology never sleeps, however, and we have better tools today for controlling spam than we did just a few years ago. So I am very excited and pleased to bring the forum back online.

Remember, the forum is here for two reasons. First, to get your questions answered by other women who have knowledge and experience to share. Second, it is the place to share your results and successes. Your stories will help other women learn that Whole Woman is what they need.
Whether you’re an old friend or a new acquaintance, welcome! The Whole Woman forum is a place where you can make a difference in your own life and the lives of thousands of women around the world!
Best wishes,

I haven't seen this, but I
I haven't seen this, but I was watching "Dancing with the Stars" and thought these ladies seem to have more of a curvature to their backs, although they wear high heels! Lol! But I have to wonder if dancers, especially ballet, hold themselves differently.
I have been doing a lot of self reflection since starting on this journey, wondering where I went wrong. Now that I think of it, I used to hold myself like this as a teenager; but, I started developing, and then started getting teased. So, rolling the shoulders over and tucking in my butt must have been my way of hiding my natural curvature. The problem is that it stuck!!
I agree, the posture is something that is going to take us some time to get used to, but I am conscious of it all the time, because I just want to get better. I have noticed though that the muscles don't ache as much in my back. I have all this popping that normally my chiropractor gets along my spine, and my hip and upper back doesn't hurt as much! Now if only I could keep my head up there! Lol! I am a perpetual sloucher, but on accasion, I get it just right, and wow! Does that feel good!
We are here with you!!

Keeps getting better
Even after doing this for awhile, there is still improvement happening. When I recently upped my walking from 1 mile to 2 miles at a time, I actually felt some soreness at first. It's gone now, but I'm so glad I felt this, because it helped me realize that things in the spine and hip area can just keep getting better and better with correct posture!! - Surviving

Hello Dear Mika
Welcome to this site! You are off to such a good start! Your tiredness from posture work will ease up at some point. For me, it took about two weeks to begin to feel stronger in the posture and then after 6 weeks, it started to feel "right". I have a feeling your neck pain will diminish in time, the stories here on this site are so hopeful and optimistic regarding hips, back, necks, etc with the benefits of this posture. Be patient with yourself, but uncompromising in the posture. Best wishes to you!

Louiseds yes I have always
Louiseds yes I have always noticed how people stand. Right now I really do. I think the NCIS lady uses the natural stance of WW. What I did not know that WW is a natural stance.
