Body: 

Take 3" wide manufacturing grade elastic. Measure your waist plus 2-3" extra, to that add on enough to cover an overlap where you join it together. This now gives you a circle. Fold the circle in half . Get small 12" face cloth or towel and fold into 3 long ways. Stitch one short end to the long bottom edge of the elastic and the other short end to the same position on the back side of elastic. You should finish up with something that looks like a bikini bottom!! Step into this and have the front part of the towel level with the hair line and then pull the back elastic up which will make the front part of the elastic come up the sides of your belly and near the top of the hips or where you feel it comfortable. After a while I added a 2" wide piece of elastic over the top of the towel on the outside, I made this slightly shorter so that it would get a stretch to it when worn. You will notice that this does not come across the front of the waist. As my prolapse comes a long way out of my Vagina it doesn't keep it all in but relieves it somewhat. For those of you who are lucky enough to be able to keep your prolapse inside your Vagina this may help you too. Daphne.
