InTone (vibrator) anyone?

Body:

Has anybody bought or had their insurance buy a $600 vibrator for urinary incontinence? It is called InTone. Comes with software? Sounds like it is supposed to stimulate vaginal walls?

My OB-GYN tossed it out there as a possibility as well as going to a PT for biofeedback/kegel work. Not doing that one, but was curious about the InTone toy. I don't have urinary incontinence right now. Not sure why it was recommended since the brochure says it is primarily to treat the bladder issues. I think this thing is also designed to be an at-home biofeedback. The software must send data somewhere to someone for monitoring. Who knows.

Wondering if others are getting this recommended to them. SIX HUNDRED DOLLARS!

My husband's eyebrows went up. haha He is being replaced.

My guess is having sex every day would be a cheaper and more successful option. I don't want to do that, either. A few times a week is fine.

You can get a Vibrator FREE with your health insurance???? (chuckle) This is some weird health system that you have!

We are a consumer driven society. That I can get a vibrator paid for and not be covered for a teeth cleaning is telling.

I would laugh. All I can do is shake my head.
