Posture instructions

Body:

Is there a place on the website to see the posture for sitting/standing/walking? I can't seem to find that. Or do you have to buy the video to get that information?

Welcome, Amybear

Have a look at the Resources Tab, just up there at the top of the page. ^

There are some video extracts. You can also look at wholewomaninc channel on Youtube.

Also, have a look at the Resources Tab, also ^

Relax belly. Pull up the chest. Keep shoulders down, but not back. This will start you off. You can fine-tune with book/video/poking around the site for articles and posts. There's a great picture at the bottom of this blog post:

Really, the best way to learn posture is from the DVD's, or through a personal consultation. There is heaps of info on the Forums from women, but it all lacks the visual, and some of it is uninformed or wrong. Some of it is really good, but it is hard to discern which is which when you are learning.

The DVD's seem expensive but they are an *investment* in your pelvic health for the rest of your life. They are not like a one off expenditure with the benefit gone the following day.
