Second wheel yoga DVD

Body:

This one is just lovely!
I got my second and third yoga DVDs in the mail yesturday, and watched them both right away.
I have to say I was intimidated watching the second wheel with the lovely young woman doing the exercises, but I tried this morning anyway. Once again, I have to say WOW! I know it says it really benefits the post partum ladies which I am sure it does; but it made this old warhorse with the bad hip feel really good!
My hubby and I took a 40 min. walk yesturday, and the hip was feeling it. I did this DVD, and my hips got a real nice stretching. Along with that my vaginal walls feel like they got a nice little face lift!
A++++++
Can't wait for the hips book to come out. I don't know if it is too late for my tired old hip or not. I have gone to the chiropractor for years, and it has only gone out on me twice landing me flat on my back with ice packs for a week at a time. But, the chiropractor always put me back into shape.
Now it does ache most of the time, even in posture. It doesn't feel as tight as it used to though. Little bits of progress.
Does anyone else have bad hips and seen improvement over the long term?

Have to agree with you, Graceful, this is an awesome DVD and the lovely Nikelle is quite amazing to watch! I also love Part One of this DVD - I find it so very inspiring on so many levels. I myself don't have bad hips, and my expectation is that I will always have amazing hips from all this WW work. I too can't wait for the hips book. Keep up the good work!!! - Surviving

Thank you for this lovely post. I am going to return to it again. I have been focusing on 1st wheel and POP DVD but after reading your post, I am committed to revisiting the 2nd wheel. Wow....aren't we lucky to have so many options? Love and Best Wishes!

Yes, I'm putting my hand up for this one too, graceful lol. I broke my hip six years ago and had a screw and plate repair. It went well , but yes too much movement created pain, but I was getting around, taking walks etc. Then I did something to bugger it and walking became more painful, but now with posture there has been a good improvement and far less pain with the walking. Gentle stretching exercise are also beneficial.

cheers, Fab

I don't have bad hips (at least I don't know about it) but can't wait till I am up for more. You make me feel so good to keep on moving forward.
Thanks ladies
