When I first “cracked the code” on stabilizing and reversing prolapse, and wrote and published Saving the Whole Woman, I set up this forum. While I had finally gotten my own severe uterine prolapse under control with the knowledge I had gained, I didn’t actually know if I could teach other women to do for themselves what I had done for my condition.
So I just started teaching women on this forum. Within weeks, the women started writing back, “It’s working! I can feel the difference!”
From that moment on, the forum became the hub of the Whole Woman Community. Unfortunately, spammers also discovered the forum, along with the thousands of women we had been helping. The level of spamming became so intolerable and time-consuming, we regretfully took the forum down.
Technology never sleeps, however, and we have better tools today for controlling spam than we did just a few years ago. So I am very excited and pleased to bring the forum back online.

Remember, the forum is here for two reasons. First, to get your questions answered by other women who have knowledge and experience to share. Second, it is the place to share your results and successes. Your stories will help other women learn that Whole Woman is what they need.
Whether you’re an old friend or a new acquaintance, welcome! The Whole Woman forum is a place where you can make a difference in your own life and the lives of thousands of women around the world!
Best wishes,

Welcome new here
Hi skyela,
Welcome to the Whole Woman community. I'm so glad you found this site too. I remember that feeling of relief wel, when I found this site and realised there was a safe, natural and effective treatment for prolapse. I hope you'll find a treasure trove of information, advice and support on the various aspects of this site. There are some really helpful you tube videos as well.
I'm so pleased you've bought one of the WW resource packages from the WW store. That can be a great support and investment in your health for life. The book is an invaluable resource for all things prolapse. I generally follow/do a WW practice most days. It takes about 20' and makes a significant contribution to generally being symptom free. This along with the corner-stones of WW treatment: healthy diet, effective evacuation and nonconstipation and the WW posture as much as possible - promotes healthy pelvic organ support and optimises prolapse recovery and maintenance.
The absolute core of this work is the practical being in WW posture as much as possible. This requires whole body interconnections and work. It's a happy, healthy, holistic approach for Whole Women. A whole new life journey is just about to begin!
Good luck and bon voyage!

Hi skyela - it sounds like
Hi skyela - it sounds like you have a garden-variety rectocele and this will respond well to the Whole Woman work. Keep your bowels moving, don't strain on the toilet, and adopt Whole Woman posture for life! I have been doing this for 2-1/2 years. My symptoms come and go but the important thing is that I have the tools in the toolbag to keep things manageable, and most importantly, to eliminate my fear of things getting worse. I live without any limitations on what I can do, and without the stress of constant worry. WW posture is responsible for so many improvements in my life. Hoping for the best for you. You will get out what you put in! - Surviving
