When I first “cracked the code” on stabilizing and reversing prolapse, and wrote and published Saving the Whole Woman, I set up this forum. While I had finally gotten my own severe uterine prolapse under control with the knowledge I had gained, I didn’t actually know if I could teach other women to do for themselves what I had done for my condition.
So I just started teaching women on this forum. Within weeks, the women started writing back, “It’s working! I can feel the difference!”
From that moment on, the forum became the hub of the Whole Woman Community. Unfortunately, spammers also discovered the forum, along with the thousands of women we had been helping. The level of spamming became so intolerable and time-consuming, we regretfully took the forum down.
Technology never sleeps, however, and we have better tools today for controlling spam than we did just a few years ago. So I am very excited and pleased to bring the forum back online.

Remember, the forum is here for two reasons. First, to get your questions answered by other women who have knowledge and experience to share. Second, it is the place to share your results and successes. Your stories will help other women learn that Whole Woman is what they need.
Whether you’re an old friend or a new acquaintance, welcome! The Whole Woman forum is a place where you can make a difference in your own life and the lives of thousands of women around the world!
Best wishes,

mum and sisters
What an amazing story. I am a third generation with uterine prolapse, fortunately or otherwise, I did not have any sisters.
While you are waiting on your appointment with Christine, you might put Posture into the search box on the top of the page and find a good description of WWposture and perhaps give it a bit of a trial. Also read through the resources tab on the home page, lot's of goodies there.
The vaginal vault prolapses sound really bad news. What about your mum, why do you think she was able to avoid this? Thank goodness she has.
best wishes, Fab

Hi Surrender. Like you, I
Hi Surrender. Like you, I feel very lucky to have found my way here when I did. I also know I'm lucky that I haven't been exposed to a lot of surgery pressure, as you are getting.....that has to make things needlessly stressful. Congrats on the steps you've taken - your post will be inspiring to others. Good luck and let us know how you're doing. - Surviving

Hi Fab, Thank you for your
Hi Fab, Thank you for your reply. I have read some of the info and still can't quite figure out the posture. I have an appt. to speak with CK tomorrow, so that will be helpful. My mom passed on 12 years ago at age 85. She was not a great historian, so it wasn't clear how her situation progressed. She did tell me that she used a pessary at one time, and she "thought" she had a hysterectomy. She definitely had a prolapse issue. Hard to tell. All of my sisters had the surgery by age 48,50, and 52. I am 58 and still no surgery. I am so happy I have waited. Wearing the cube does help. I progressed from wearing a ring pessary which worked for several years. Started with the cube one and a half yrs. ago. Hope you are doing well. Thanks again

Hi Surviving, Thanks for
Hi Surviving, Thanks for replying and for your encouragement. The people who urge surgery don't make it more stressful...just way more confusing for me. I have looked at so many articles etc., and from them I just kept thinking that it just wasn't such a great idea. Of course, family history also made me question the rationale too. I am just so happy to know that I'm not being unreasonable about this. In fact, according to the things I've learned from this site I'm pretty much right on track with my feelings. Thanks again.

Hi Surrender, I'm so glad you
Hi Surrender, I'm so glad you found this sight! I like you searched endlessly on the internet for any ideas. Luckily I wasn't done having kids yet or I would have scheduled that surgery the day I was diagnosed with rectocele. Although its funny, in my family no one has experienced prolapse, or even really know what it is. I feel so blessed to have found Whole Woman, it has a self-healing and empowering attitude and I would definitely recommend looking up the posture and doing it. There are certain exercises that are good and others that are bad, I have the "Saving the Whole Woman" book and it explains a lot. Good luck, and power to you for being so strong all this time with no surgery!

Hi Oceangirl, thank you for
Hi Oceangirl, thank you for your response and good energy. I am glad that you found the site too. I am still waiting for my book and DVDs. I ordered on Sat. so have to wait 2-3 business days. Should be here soon I hope. Spoke with CK this afternoon. Helpful and inspiring. I just have to keep up a positive attitude also. Some days it's difficult to do. Thanks again!
