Prolapse and UTI

Body:

I have recently started my period so I have not been doing the excercises. I have continued to work on posture. Before my period I had intense feeling of wanting to pee and found that I did empty when I went but very little. I did make sure to sit WW style on potty even lifting bottom in the air and touch my feet to complete pee. I have also noticed that my pubis bones ache with slight buning sensation. Feel it maybe a bladder infection but why does the actual pubis bones hurt? Even when I stand and walk I can feel it. It isn't the POP feeling its more the actual bone.
Just more info on myself I had Pubis Bone Dysfunction during my last pregnancy and had to go to a chiropractor who was trained to help pregnant women with this. He would help to realign the pelvis to help me with walking and eventual natural birth. This pain feels somewhat similar to that pain but way less. Not sure if anyone has any info.
I found Epsom Salt Bath helps with the inflamation at this time... but unsure if maybe I have infection to explain both conditions?

I had the pubic bone pain after childbirth. It took awhile, but went away. I just read on an Oprah website that "UTIs are a common infection caused by bacteria entering the urethra. The main symptom is an uncomfortable burning sensation while urinating. Pineapples contain the enzyme bromelain. It has antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties that reduce the symptoms and pain of urinary tract infections.
