Exercise lying down?

Hi,
Just when I've begun my spring walking I have seriously twisted my knee and will be horizontal for quite a while. Does anyone have suggestions for WW exercises, stretches or whatever that I can do lying flat? Laughing at myself each time I try the belly roll...talk about uncoordinated, but it's something I think I can work on. I'm on my back and sometimes can turn to either side. Any ideas?
