When I first “cracked the code” on stabilizing and reversing prolapse, and wrote and published Saving the Whole Woman, I set up this forum. While I had finally gotten my own severe uterine prolapse under control with the knowledge I had gained, I didn’t actually know if I could teach other women to do for themselves what I had done for my condition.
So I just started teaching women on this forum. Within weeks, the women started writing back, “It’s working! I can feel the difference!”
From that moment on, the forum became the hub of the Whole Woman Community. Unfortunately, spammers also discovered the forum, along with the thousands of women we had been helping. The level of spamming became so intolerable and time-consuming, we regretfully took the forum down.
Technology never sleeps, however, and we have better tools today for controlling spam than we did just a few years ago. So I am very excited and pleased to bring the forum back online.

Remember, the forum is here for two reasons. First, to get your questions answered by other women who have knowledge and experience to share. Second, it is the place to share your results and successes. Your stories will help other women learn that Whole Woman is what they need.
Whether you’re an old friend or a new acquaintance, welcome! The Whole Woman forum is a place where you can make a difference in your own life and the lives of thousands of women around the world!

Hi jadeegg
Wholewoman is about rehabilitation, restoring the particular pelvic organ to its previous condition. It usually takes time for a prolapse to develop and so it will take time to restore it. That is not to say it cannot suddenly worsen given the right circumstances and possibly as you describe.
Really, the best advice I can give you is to buy Christine’s book “Saving the Wholewoman”, study it so that you understand prolapse and how the treatment Christine suggests is meant to work; mentally get on top of this, practice wholewoman posture from now on, takes steps to protect your prolapse with correct diet and toilet practices so that you do not need to strain to eliminate and so take control of the situation and know you can fix this.
If you are not into that sort of thing, you could make an appointment for a consultation with Christine.
best wishes, Fab

No quick fixes
Jadeegg, I looked up your post from last year, but got no indication that you had ever started doing the Whole Woman work. We all have setbacks and when we do, we just have to work that much harder with posture, firebreathing, walking, being gentle with ourselves, and having faith in a process that has already proven itself to us. Adopting posture whole-heartedly is the best way to come to terms with POP, it sure beats doing nothing! So give us a little more info on what your strategy has been up until now. We all have to help ourselves. - Surviving

Hey Hey. Feeling better yet? Cause my guess is that you probably are, and that the swelling was just temporary.
For next time emergency first aid: You can always attempt to manually replace your organs- use lube :)
Also, Elbows and knees position on the floor for a while will help things settle back into place.
Ice is also your friend...
And! Congrats to gettin your groove back!
