My neck is grateful

After my rectocele wake-up call last week I have been diligent. I do the Beginners workout from the First Aid DVD every morning while the husband takes baby for a walk. Man, does that neck stretch right at the beginning ever feel good!

Bonne Maman, I can so identify with you. I started out a little on the lazy side (though I like to think of it as me doing more reading than actual DOING in the early days). One day I realized it was time to get serious. I know what you mean about the neck thing. The littlest things can really make a difference sometimes! - Surviving

Yes - I recognise that moment when, like you and Surviving60, I had a lightbulb moment when I realised that knowing about the ww work is great, but the bottom line is whether you know the theory or not, this is a physical body based approach and there's no way of escaping the fact that you have to get physical!
