When I first “cracked the code” on stabilizing and reversing prolapse, and wrote and published Saving the Whole Woman, I set up this forum. While I had finally gotten my own severe uterine prolapse under control with the knowledge I had gained, I didn’t actually know if I could teach other women to do for themselves what I had done for my condition.
So I just started teaching women on this forum. Within weeks, the women started writing back, “It’s working! I can feel the difference!”
From that moment on, the forum became the hub of the Whole Woman Community. Unfortunately, spammers also discovered the forum, along with the thousands of women we had been helping. The level of spamming became so intolerable and time-consuming, we regretfully took the forum down.
Technology never sleeps, however, and we have better tools today for controlling spam than we did just a few years ago. So I am very excited and pleased to bring the forum back online.

Remember, the forum is here for two reasons. First, to get your questions answered by other women who have knowledge and experience to share. Second, it is the place to share your results and successes. Your stories will help other women learn that Whole Woman is what they need.
Whether you’re an old friend or a new acquaintance, welcome! The Whole Woman forum is a place where you can make a difference in your own life and the lives of thousands of women around the world!
Best wishes,

Pregnancy n prolapse
Hi osmari!! First I want to congratulate you for being so blessed to carry beautiful life inside you!! It's great that you are coming into this with the knowledge of WW posture! I think that is the most important thing! Other than that I would say its also very important to keep your bowel movements soft n easy to pass so you don't ever strain! Also if you haven't already u should read Christine's blog articles under the blogs tab because I know there's an excellent article on the importance of waiting until you are fully dialated and effaced before pushing your baby out!! Doctors have the habit of rushing the birthing process for their convenience and forcing the mother to push before her body is entirely ready can cause irreparable damage to the ligaments and tendons!! There is much more info on it in Christine's article! The knowledge and experience here at Whole Woman is a treasure for ALL women!!

Well, that sounds like good
Well, that sounds like good advice to me - WW posture, avoidance of straining, and hopefully a gentle birth with a minimum of obstetrical interventions. With that baby out in front of you, it seems to me like WW posture would be the only possible way to be! Yet I seem to recall a post or two from one of our experienced moms, saying that it was hard to maintain right at the end. Do what feels right. You have a great advantage in going through the process with this knowledge. There are no guarantees one way or the other. Lots of luck to you!!! Stay in touch. - Surviving

Thank you again for your responses, however, I am not the pregnant one....a family member is and since I already have pop I thought I would ask and pass the knowledge. I must reread the book as I don't recall the article on pregnancy. I really appreciate all the comments and suggestions the woman post on this wonderful site....and of course, I am forever grateful to have found Christine.
