Body:

I am discouraged to learn that post hysterectomy prolapse is more of an issue. Had that over fifteen years ago and had no idea there would be repercussions of any kind. So I just ordered the whole woman package, etc. I only discovered this prolapse six weeks ago concurrent with hip pain. I surely do hope that posture and exercise will be helpful.

It would be better if the medical profession would be honest with women about post-hyst issues.

Fortunately for us, Christine & Co have developed this website to help us.

While you wait for your package, you can find a lot of profitable information right here on the website and the forum

Hi Shadowdancer and welcome. I'd like to suggest that you click on "recent posts" under the Navigation section to the left on this page, and look for the title "Hysterectomy and the Whole Woman" for some great information. Doctors don't have a real good track record in the area of female pelvic health, sad to say. And 15 years ago it was not easy to do your own research. So much more is known and made available to women now. Give this posture work a try; be gentle but determined. You have nothing to lose, much to gain! - Surviving
