When I first “cracked the code” on stabilizing and reversing prolapse, and wrote and published Saving the Whole Woman, I set up this forum. While I had finally gotten my own severe uterine prolapse under control with the knowledge I had gained, I didn’t actually know if I could teach other women to do for themselves what I had done for my condition.
So I just started teaching women on this forum. Within weeks, the women started writing back, “It’s working! I can feel the difference!”
From that moment on, the forum became the hub of the Whole Woman Community. Unfortunately, spammers also discovered the forum, along with the thousands of women we had been helping. The level of spamming became so intolerable and time-consuming, we regretfully took the forum down.
Technology never sleeps, however, and we have better tools today for controlling spam than we did just a few years ago. So I am very excited and pleased to bring the forum back online.

Remember, the forum is here for two reasons. First, to get your questions answered by other women who have knowledge and experience to share. Second, it is the place to share your results and successes. Your stories will help other women learn that Whole Woman is what they need.
Whether you’re an old friend or a new acquaintance, welcome! The Whole Woman forum is a place where you can make a difference in your own life and the lives of thousands of women around the world!
Best wishes,

Lindamore, none of us can
Lindamore, none of us can possibly know if you are doing the exercises in correct WW posture, or if you are trying to do too much too soon. I didn’t even try firebreathing for months! I basically read and studied the posture principles and worked on my standing and walking posture until it started to feel natural. When I first got the video several months into this work, I didn’t even have time to do routines, I just studied all the moves and tried to incorporate as many of them into my day as possible. The posture itself is the goal, and these workouts will help you mold your body back to that natural posture, but you must hold that posture while exercising. It’s very easy to overdo at the beginning, and you may be compensating for some new sensations and the straining of unused muscles by tightening the wrong things. Think about posture elements as you go throughout your day. Relax into this work and for heaven’s sake stop looking at your vagina! - Surviving

ok. i'm trying to do the dvd
ok. i'm trying to do the dvd everyday. I didn't do it today just focused on the posture as I did laundry, cleaned the house and grocery shopped. Can't help being scared ok? This is all new for me. I have two sons and a husband and a stressful full-time job that I can't quit to take care of myself 24/7. I want to run away most of the day in the last month since I found out my prolapse is worse.

Lindamore, the best thing
Lindamore, the best thing about this posture work is that you are doing it as you go throughout your day. I too have a full-time job, one kid still at home and an elderly mother to care for. You must learn to live in this posture, and the more you do it, the sooner that will happen. I was early in this posture work when I had an extended family health emergency. I found that focusing on my "new" posture actually helped me stay calm and rational during this time. It can be done! - Surviving

Lindamore, Try to relax a
Lindamore, Try to relax a bit (trust me I know how hard this is as my whole world has turned upside down with all of my girly bit going astray these last few months!). But truly taking a deep cleansing breath (or several) will help. As you take some nice EASY deep breaths (don't force it) try to GENTLY go into the WW posture. Stay in this posture for as long as you can breathing smooth and easy but fully. Try not to push down with your breath, but feel lifted as you relax into the posture. It is easy to want to force a new postural position without realizing it, which in turn will put downward pressure in your center instead of what you are going for....lightness, as if you are floating with it. Being new here myself, I'm not sure how long you have been practicing these techniques, but I would suggest feeling pretty comfortable (not forced) with the posture itself before attempting the fire breathing in particular. Then approach the FAFP dvd at a pace you feel secure and LIGHT (meaning where the movements aren't pulling you down, like heavy gravity). A lot of times we try new exercises (and trying them with a dvd that is usually faster paced to keep a rhythm that keeps more experienced users coming back) with too much vigor and force. Take it slow, pause the dvd and maybe repeat a section to where you feel you are "dancing it with ease". Remember the prolapse is pushing down and out. You want to do the opposite with your posture and movements...light and lifted! And as Surviving60 said, you can do this!!! Sure it would be great to be able to do it all at once, but if life and obligations get in the way you always have the posture to work wherever you are :)

Hello,
I am pretty sure we all were scared! This is such a life changing event!
Surviving is correct, don't look or search for your prolapse.I noticed that by trying to get a peek,i was out of posture, mostly I was pushing it lower then it had been.Caused me to freak out, panic, worry and not sleep. So,I do not do that anymore!!
Posture, live it everyday. It is uncomfortable for a bit, then it hits you that it is keeping things in place!
If things feel low or heavy,I bend over at the hips, like in the DVD,and breathe deep into my lower belly, stand using the legs and glutes, again like in the DVD.When I feel paniced I breathe slow and gentle into the lower belly[whole woman breathing].It helps.Fire breathe, pelvic rocks. They all will help you be you again!!
Do what you can each day,if you sit at work bring something to help keep you in posture,if you stand be aware of your posture.
Be calm, gentle and take it slow.
You will be happier with yourself shortly. It is a difficult time but it gets so much better.
Be kind to you!

Thank to you all. I just want to get past this fear so much. I fear even getting out of bed each day. I have to go on.
