When I first “cracked the code” on stabilizing and reversing prolapse, and wrote and published Saving the Whole Woman, I set up this forum. While I had finally gotten my own severe uterine prolapse under control with the knowledge I had gained, I didn’t actually know if I could teach other women to do for themselves what I had done for my condition.
So I just started teaching women on this forum. Within weeks, the women started writing back, “It’s working! I can feel the difference!”
From that moment on, the forum became the hub of the Whole Woman Community. Unfortunately, spammers also discovered the forum, along with the thousands of women we had been helping. The level of spamming became so intolerable and time-consuming, we regretfully took the forum down.
Technology never sleeps, however, and we have better tools today for controlling spam than we did just a few years ago. So I am very excited and pleased to bring the forum back online.

Remember, the forum is here for two reasons. First, to get your questions answered by other women who have knowledge and experience to share. Second, it is the place to share your results and successes. Your stories will help other women learn that Whole Woman is what they need.
Whether you’re an old friend or a new acquaintance, welcome! The Whole Woman forum is a place where you can make a difference in your own life and the lives of thousands of women around the world!
Best wishes,

Hi 3boys - I think one thing
Hi 3boys - I think one thing you need to focus on, is to make sure you are working on posture all the time, not just when you have a chance to do the yoga. You can't avoid lifting so you need to it in accordance with posture principles - lift close to your body, keep lumbar curvature in place when you bend. You won't always be able to do this without some compromise of posture, but you need to try. Is the posture starting to become natural? This takes time and effort.
We all have things we do to feel better when things are bulgy - I sometimes just get down on elbows and knees and just breathe (or firebreathe). I have 'celes but the cervix stays well inside, so when the tissues feel irritated sometimes all I need for that is a bit of diaper rash cream at the opening and a change to fresh underwear.
I also have a few moves I've learned from Christine that can actually make me feel better rather quickly. Doing plies in really good posture, turned out somewhat, with arms up overhead, is a really stable position for the organs. Jiggle them forward into the belly first and see how long you can keep them there. Picture them there - I swear it helps to visualize. - Surviving

Great question & advice
Hi 3 boys, the only remedy I know of is the yoga pose downward dog or I do the elbows and knees too. Once you learn how to do the fire breathing (it took me awhile) its an amazing help. The witch hazel on frozen pads sounds good. I'm also interested to know of any other advice that people can give you.

Hi AnnieMay - You can start
Hi AnnieMay - You can start where I started 3-1/2 years ago. Click on the Resources tab up above, and go to the Video page. Watch the first video on the Whole Woman approach - it's a 20-minute overview of prolapse, why surgeries must be avoided, and how you can manage prolapse naturally.
At 9 months PP you are still healing, and will continue to do so for up to 2 years. That's why it's important to learn these posture concepts now, while things are still in a state of flux. I wish I had learned this at your age!
Prolapse is the most common condition there is, and we have members of all ages here. We can help you, but you must take on this project yourself and learn all you can about pelvic, spine and hip health. Christine had a profound uterine prolapse and has dedicated over a decade to understanding and sharing this knowledge. - Surviving
